So I had a very bad experience with Poetinity as a online store. I am disappointed due to the shipping/delivery because about half of my order came to my address and it came at least 2 and half month after my order date. I already email them and they replied about 4 days later claiming it was a weight limitation due to import. It was sent to me and received within less than 2 weeks; then only to be much more furious that the remaining order gave me the 'wrong item'. I have yet to hear from them because I already sent them a following email recently however; one of the two hairpins I ordered had broke after attempting to try it on today. The hairpin bent and it seemed poorly made or not durable. After this terrible experience, I will not order from this store and its a shame for me. The clothes are beautiful but service is lacking along with quality.

I was a bit worried after reading the mixed reviews but everything turned out fine. I got a confirmation email instantly and the item arrived to Europe in exactly 14 days. The item itself looks like on the picture, didn’t notice anything bad about quality. I wear EU32 and ordered an M because I know that clothes made by Asian brands tend to run small and it fits me well, could‘ve gone with S as well. Will order again.

Item was nothing like the photograph, decorative parts completely missing, material extremely cheap and flimsy, no email confirmation of order so very hard to confirm refund. I highly advise you against purchasing from this site!

Update - no response from the seller, still no proof of purchase but was able to get a refund from Paypal due to item received looking so different from the one on the site.

It arrived on time and is so pretty however i didn’t receive a confirmation email which made me anxious!
