Been a Pogo member for many years however games keep freezing. Changes are not worth it to keep renewing will be moving on to something more to my liking.

I have been a pogo member for years but quit pogo after the last set of major changes for all the reasons others have stated, removal of good games, "upgrading" games to a poorer quality, having to pay for gems to get through games, etc. I missed it so I went back, gave them another chance. Now they have changed another game to the point it is no longer fun to play. They just took money for an automatic renewal and two days later, my list of games I can enjoy has been reduced again. They have also gotten rid of the classic pogo format and changed the new one already so it is really hard to navigate. Bye bye Pogo!

So many changes and removal of the best parts that made it a fun site. Mini's? Jackpot Spinner? Long delays waiting for games to be released back in HD is having me ready to pull the plug. They didn't mind taking away everything good in the site.

Used to be such a great gaming site and now the games, even on my two month old computer system, are laggy and don't load more than half the time. After 20 years I'm sad to say that I won't be renewing my subscription.

I used to love Pogo. The mall was fun and when you played Pogo Club games like Gin you could choose whether or not you wanted to play someone. Now you enter a room and if you don't exit incredibly fast, you end up having to play whoever they put in the room and sometimes that person has a much lower score than you do. Also, it really feels like the game is rigged. You are either on a winning streak or a losing streak. Nothing random about it. I can almost predict when the game will swing to the other person, but just for one hand, just enough to make them not want to give up. Then the person who was winning all along will take it with the next hand. I've won these games and lost these games and have concluded there is nothing fair about it. The game decides whether you are high enough and need to come down or so low that they might lose your membership and they push you back up. It's a con.

they used my credit card repeatedly without asking me, charging lots. they then changed my secret code and when i called gave me no help. instead tried to sell me expensive computer help. cheated me pit pf a 3 month subscrition, saying i was not listed after charging my credit card again. they have gone to hell i was a member for almost since they started.

I’ve started paying for membership in 2004. I left when they took the mini mall away. I’m so glad I cancelled my membership it’s been 2 years and I thought maybe I’d go play some Pogo and WOW what a horrible site it has become. Navigating is awful. Graphics are awful. I can’t even find anyone or get into a game. I doubt I’ll ever show back up. Way to ruin an awesome sight over the years.

AS THE NEW POGO BEGAN TO COME IN, THINGS HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE. I EXTREMELY DISLIKE MOST OF THE NEW GAMES DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE SO NOT FUN OR THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN WITHOUT USING GEMS. MOST OF THE GOOD GAMES REQUIRE YOU TO USE GEMS AND IT MAKES ME SO UPSET BECAUSE THE ARE EXPENSIVE. QUINN'S AQUARIUM GAME IS ONE THAT IS REALLY BAD AS AN EXAMPLE, YOU CANNOT WIN ONE GAME TO FINISH A CHALLENGE, THERE ARE SEVERAL GAMES LIKE THAT ONE AND YOU JUST HAVE TO SKIP THEM AND YOU GET NOTHING FOR THE CHALLENGES. THE CHAT ON THE GAMES ARE AWEFUL AND THROW YOU OUT OF GAMES PLAYING WITH A PARTNER. HARD TO NAVIGATE AND IF WE DO NOT GET OUR MINIS BACK AS THERE WERE BEFORE, MY PARTNERS AND I ARE NOT GOING TO RENEW. THAT WAS SUCH A FUN PART OF PLAYING WHERE IN EACH GAME YOU CAN HAVE FUN WITH THEM, I MISS THAT SO BAD. PUTTING THEM IN THE CIRCLES DOES NOT WORK YOU CANNOT EVEN SEE THEM PLEASE MAKE THAT BETTER.

Most all of my favorite games are gone! So many great games were retired. It’s now more difficult to navigate. Not the same Pogo I used to find so fun. What a way to ruin a great site.

I hate to sound like everyone else, but Pogo used to be my go-to, and I've been with them for 16 years. The cute badges, badge books, tokens, minis, beloved slots. YES I was happily a member. I understand flash has been removed, but I went to take a peek today, and basically if you're not a member you can't do ANYTHING, not only that, what you CAN do as a member, is little to nothing that doesn't suck. Find a way to breath life into Pogo, or just retire it because it's not fun at all anymore. And I say this having spent a LOT of money there over the years. Sad it's a ghost town, and their upgrade to how the site looks is confusing and pointless. almost 10 million tokens I've built up, useless. smh

I’ve played POGO for as long as I can remember. I came here when yahoo shutdown their spades and dominoes games. Loved all of the multiplayer board games like battleship, risk, monopoly, boggle, scrabble, etc.; all the games I couldn’t get people to play with me in real life because of real life. Systematically it became harder and harder to play: membership declined, system declined. And now the games are gone. Why would I subscribe now to play the same garbage I can download to my phone for free? No thanks.

Too many tech issues. Games are too hard to play, if you can even get in them, with all the issues. AE has really messed this site up with hardly any tech help.

I've been a member of Pogo for 18 years and I am definitely done. They've taken all the really great games away - they've done away with the spinner and tokens - all of the graphics are on a Childs level - I'm just not interested anymore and I'm leaving them and getting the remainder of my money back for this current membership. Anyone know of any other good gaming sites that are comparable to what Pogo "used" to be?

The old Pogo was fun and I was a member for many years, however, now It is ruined!!! You can't play most games that are HD, they jerk and stop! Pogo has been ruined! What happened to the old games, Sweet Tooth, Squelches, Spooky Slots,...etc. Players online used to be in the hundreds of thousands at any given time, now there maybe 10,000 to 14,000! I figured EA Arts is losing about $12,000,000.00 a year! I guess they don't care!!! Maybe another letter WRITTEN to the CEO of EA Arts should be done again!

If there were 0 stars that would be my pick. Long time member and Pogo is horrible now. Wish i would have never renewed. Bad decision, games freeze, programming issues everyday. This is a great site gone HORRIBLY BAD! Every one in a while stuff is just fine the way it is. Change if not always for the better, Pogo has demonstrated that amazingly well. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will probably wait hours to get my money back. Ugh.......

Terrible, not fun anymore and the customer service isn't any better. I struggled for over an hour to get a refund on a subscription when somehow when I went to link an account to a new email it just created a completely new account... Don't give EA your money, they don't deserve it, and they ruined something that used to be great.

I used to play Pogo games in the late 2000's, as there were loads of great games to play. Came back today after over 10 years, and I'm massively disappointed. Couldn't find any of the games I remember, even simple ones like pool/snooker are gone. Game choice is absolutely poor now. Many seem to be puzzle games or hidden object games, which becomes boring very quickly.

Pogo does not follow harassment issues. Long ago it was a good place to play. Nowadays it is a site to get anxious; I play to relax. I have been a member since they started. I will not be renewing my membership.

Long ago Pogo was fantastic, it's barely a shell of what it once was.

I've yet to find a game that isn't controlled or rigged in some fashion...Their slots is the most obvious. Others just freeze up if you are on a winning streak. But slots..They claim it isn't a casino game, yet it's listed under casino games. Most often while wheels are spinning, you can tell it's going to skip over any big payouts, just too obvious. If you should win free spins, it obviously switches screens, something that has worse payouts.

If you ever go to the forums to post your thoughts, you're not allowed to write/post anything negative. You can't be honest...no free speech there. One of their Knoxie moderators will have it deleted before you leave the forum. I will never believe they are volunteers, I believe they are Pogo/EA staffers on patrol.

They say they are family oriented, nothing is farther from the truth. My wife gets hit up 2 to 3 times per day to go into private chats. She does noting to get that treatment. Ya can complain to Pogo/EA sports...they basically tell you to talk to the hands, the eyes ain't reading it. So the pervs & lurkers win again. You can't block them..they keep coming through. Just think..that could be your preteen son or daughter getting hit up.

Pogo just isn't what it once was.

Boring Boring Boring and childish, that is the only way to describe this game site anymore. Gone are friends and fun and you can rest assured that the mods are just as ignorant and rude as always. And all for a monthly or yearly fee! Cancelled and will not be back.
