Customer service response time is extremely slow. No matter how I respond, they only give irrelevant replies, offering no real help or software support. They collect payment quickly but are incredibly inefficient. Customer service asked me to give a five-star review before giving me a permanent authorization number, which they never did! Consumers, please don't be fooled! This after-sales service is terrible! An extremely poor consumer experience!

Good app, bad support. They sell it with 24hours support, but that is a lie. The faster they will reply is one day later... And sometimes you will need an entire event because they didn't fix the game during it. Go Fest? Prepare to lose it all.
