Use to be a great survey site. Now not so much. If you got disqualified you would get a credit of 12 points. Now that is a hit and miss. I have had one survey pending since Jan. Sent several emails an... See more

Used to be good
Used to be good. Loved it. Now it's nearly useless with slow, slow approval of pending points and the level resets for missing 1 day of login is ridiculous.
High payouts - just be patient.
I take surveys at a number of sites and pointclub is far and away my favorite for one big reason - I make more money there than at any of the others. Once you get to the higher levels, the payout per survey is ecellent. Yes, it takes a while for points to get approved and yes it takes a while to receive reward after cashing in, but bottom line - this one's more lucrative than the others I visit.

This "used" to be one of my favorite sites. They always took a little longer to pay out than other sites. Usually about 10-14 days which isn't a big deal as long as you get paid. The layout was nice the surveys were clearly listed with the amount of time and the incentive amount. I had my level 10 streak going for over a year straight. About 1 and a half - 2 weeks ago they completely changed the layout. Now you have to scroll through and click on every single survey to see how much it pays and how long it takes. It's in a small frame and seems not worth the effort anymore. Also, my level 10 streak has been reset to level 9 TWICE since they changed the site. (they corrected it then it did it again) Whoever designed this new website should be fired. Also the pending points take forever to get approved. I am still waiting for approval for some as far back as April 6th. If they want a 4 or 5 star review then CHANGE IT BACK!
Fool me once...
Okay, I haven't been with PointClub in a long while but I want to warn potential members to stay far away. My experience echoes that of others who have posted of their bad history with PC.
At first, PC was the greatest in the quantity of surveys available and one you've boosted your level to 100% bonus (from the continuous streak of logging on), the surveys were among the best paying. Now, there are some sites that do pay much higher for the surveys but they hardly have any surveys (don't count on any on a daily basis). So at that time PC was the best of both worlds in survey frequency and pay rate.
Then sometime in late 2017, PC became sketchy. First it was the long, excessive wait for the eventual payment, lasting months (no exaggeration). You'd have to chase and harangue them to release their grubby hands on the payment.
As if that wasn't enough, they ratcheted it up to deactivating accounts (typically of the high-earning members) on bogus claims of too many fails (which you can get marked for simply by legitimately disqualifying on a survey) and other arbitrary, pulled out of the air excuses.
It all seemed like some Ponzi scheme (yeah, not technically) where in reverse the more established members would get kicked out while the newbies are lulled into a delusion of PC's greatness. It also helped PC that these newbies had not achieved the full bonus streak so the survey pay rate didn't divert too much out of PC's take (mind you, these survey sites must have a fairly high markup when you consider a few generous sites will pay $3 for a survey that most would pay only 75 cents, if at that; think of Forthright as the former).
One deactivation was enough on top of a much delayed (I believe it was originally just a 14-day payment processing that dragged out to several months) payment. I had a balance that was close to another redemption. Once I made enough for the redemption threshold and got my money, I closed my account and never looked back.
Do I miss PointClub? Yeah, the former one that I registered for, but definitely not the one I left behind. I have yet to find another site that pays as well with the constant supply of surveys but I make do with the scattering of survey sites that do pay very well (often with brief surveys) - albeit sporadic.
Takes forever to get enough points....
Takes forever to get enough points to cash out. Their format involves getting bonus points for certain milestones (in days) but they'll claim you missed a day and then drop you back a level. I know whether or not I've logged in on any given day but they're still going to dock you if they think they can get away with it. It just isn't worth the effort, no more credit than you get. I'd only been with them for a couple weeks but told them just to delete my account and good riddance.
Very worst site
Very worst site. You can even complete a survey although you inputted everything correctly
The worst site out there
The worst site out there! Doesn't matter who you are or how honest you are....you will end up doing a bunch of surveys, waiting over a month for them to approve your points...maybe cash out a few times and then all of a sudden they are calling you a cheater by saying you have too many surveys marked as failed, and deactivate you....but not until you do a bunch of surveys and they are going to keep all the money YOU made, and basically tell you that your the dishonest one in the mix....I promise...if you join pointclub...it will end with you being owed money and being called a dishonest person. Period....thats how they do it....so go ahead...ignore me.....give em a try.
A once-good site that's gone downhill.
Once there was a time when I would've wholeheartedly recommended PointClub but those days are long over. You earn points primarily by taking surveys and can earn 12 points per five DQ'd surveys totaling to 60 a day; that may sound like a lot but the minimum reward amount is a whopping 25,000 points for a $25 gift card (which is the CHEAPEST reward on there site). Even if you do manage to complete a survey, PointClub recently added a "points pending" system that keeps your points in limbo until they can be reviewed which usually takes around four WEEKS or more to do. And regardless of how well you did there is a good chance that your hard-earned points will be redacted for no reason whatsoever which is very disheartening considering how hard you worked for them. You can earn 1,000 points by participating in their daily lottery on Facebook but there's little chance that you'll be one of those that actually get those points.
They used to have a games section that awarded you 10 points for every ad you watched between games which was an excellent way to earn points. Sadly they removed it over a year ago and never brought in anything to replace it. This makes earning enough points to redeem a reward that much harder. Their customer service is so-so; they're not perfect but I've dealt with worse. Needless to say, if you have an issue with a survey -- be it one that's broken, didn't award DQ points, or was a flat-out scam survey -- then don't expect much help from PointClub.
To summarize: Reward-earning opportunities are limited, points can be taken away for no good reason, customer support is mediocre, reward costs are too high, and not mentioned above is the occasional reCAPTCHA abuse that occurs when you try to log in. There are simply much better alternatives to PointClub out there.
This is my favorite survey site
This is my favorite survey site (and I've tried a lot). You can earn gift cards rather quickly compared to others. They randomly draw daily 10 names to receive 1000 points. You earn points even if you don't qualify for a survey and for watching and ad between games (YES - they even have a game section). It's a fun site that is friendly and humorous.
