I'm disappointed
I've been playing on the platform for many years, and I'm even considered a VIP player due to my annual spending. Honestly, what I've noticed in the last 3 or 4 years is that promotions have been significantly reduced, and I feel that bad beats are becoming increasingly common. I confess I don't believe it's due to variance, because in the same tournament, losing every time on the river is impossible under any absurd variance conditions. This is disappointing and discourages us from playing more and more. Furthermore, I increasingly feel that Brazil is being overlooked. Before, we had 3 VIP tournaments per year at BSOP; now we only have 1 per year, and even then with a significantly reduced prize pool. I suggest you re-evaluate these promotions, as they are very important for maintaining loyalty to the platform.

I stopped playing frequently and almost completely. I don't see it as a fair game; unfortunately, there are days when the game decides you won't win anything at all, and those days are almost every day... one or two you have the famous "luck." And I say luck because you think: it's impossible for me to lose this one, but you lose that one even with a 0.1% chance, then lose another, and so on until your money runs out. Anyway, I'm happy to be rid of you... you don't miss my money at all.And the last time I gave you feedback, you banned me! I'll probably get banned for telling the truth you asked me to, but that won't change anything in my life.

This site is the worst compared to any of the other ones, it’s rigged to constantly loose, I’ve put in 1000 and 1000 of money and never win , it just constantly looses every spin, you can’t win any real money they give you very small wins of 2 dollars, bonus hardly comes and when it does it’s always next to nothing, same as the jackpot games, when you finally get it you always win just the lowest amount, it’s not fun when it constantly just takes your money, it is nothing but a rigged system with very little payout or even fun, when you constantly put in 500 to 1500 daily and can’t win nothing, there is something really wrong with that and borders criminality
