I find it absolutely unfair that players that are not residents in france, portugal or spain are able to play in this server.
We are not able to play in their servers, and this only makes for harder tournaments on our server, because naturaly only the professional players come to play on another server.

Excellent support for a technical issue
I had a technical issue trying to redeem my Bronze Power Pass because the interface was showing expired dates from 2025. I contacted support and the agent, Leandro, was very professional and efficient. He understood the bug immediately, escalated the case to the specialist department, and provided a Case ID (167221140). Very happy with the human support, even though the app needs a date update.

90% of the time, whatever you click fails to open. Be it slots, table games, bonuses, free spins, chests and so on. Absolutely horrible app. Only thing that keeps me there is that I'm a user from back then when it worked, and it's still thrustworthy nonetheless.
