Pokie mate casino is a scam. Do not play. If you win they dont payout and customer service if you can get a reply from them is useless.

I requested a withdrawal on 28 March and since then they just keep cancelling my withdrawal and not sending any emails or communication about it, I find out by logging into my account and getting the withdrawal status. Each time I speak with live support who are no help at all but then after I speak with to them I usually get an email as to why its cancelled and the reason is because they require further documentation but they have received this 6 times already and twice to live support. The reason they cancel it is to give them more time as the withdrawal timeframe of up to 5 business days restarts everytime. They are requesting the same documents everytime. I was told it was no longer with the documents team and it was alll verified and its being processed by the payments team and its just all lies.

I'm so angry I won 900 said success in withdrawal next day email saying void on winnings due to a breach on bonus terms absolutely 💯 Lies I checked I played thru bonus and still they say you're win is void I am not letting this go scammers

Just like all of the other reviews Pokie Mate does anything they can to ensure you cannot win. Let's start with the $200 minimum withdrawal limit, good luck getting there, then let's look at the $340 I won off of free spins that I won (just like another one of the reviews below ) as I bet more than 20% of the value of the free spins is $5 was won in cash...not bonus but cash on their lucky spin wheel, I started off betting 50 cents and got up to $50 so decided to go to $1 ...now at 20% I ended up fluctuating between 100 and 150 and increased the bet to $2 then $4 etc as you would expect to do, as soon as I made my first $1.20 bet all funds became void, not just those that I won with the higher bets but everything I waited 2 weeks contacting customer service 2 times a day as I had won $200 from an older deposit that was like pulling teeth to get my legitimate winnings I finally received them 2 days after discussing with customer support the $340 I won and it showing as pending and them advising me of 1-3 business days AWESOME I THINK...I CAN GO OUT FOR DINNER I check tonight and seemingly the $340 withdrawal is cancelled all of the above bs excuses are given and HERE IS THE KICKER I HAD TO ASK 6 TIMES FOR THEM TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT....THE LAST 2 CONTAINED A FAIR AMOUNT OF BLEEEEPS...

I got up to over $16,000 playing on pokie mate, I then played it down to $9000 like a idiot but when I went to collect, it didn’t matter anyway as I received a email the next day saying I had breached the bonus terms and conditions and that all winnings were void which is a absolute load of crap. Oh and how nice of them re crediting me the original $50 deposit back into my pokie mate account to replay, low life dogs! This site should be shut down !

I won $200 playing and was striped due to accidentally pushing the button next the bet button, that triggers the link-bonus feature instead of refunding my money for there error in allowing the access to a non-viod nearly unavoidable inncident, they give my money bank to the pokie game to replay. Will never play and of these pokie sites related to this franchise and neather should you ;)

Non payment of winnings not only myself $1800 but my partner $2500. They refuse to respond.

I put in 1000 no bonus raw money got up to 4500 i cashed out and 2 days later i receive an email saying your balance has been voided due to something wrong with the provider and them paying me winnings when i lost When i didnt lose i keep telling them to provide proof but they keep ignoring me and gave me my 1000 dollars back and lost 3.5

My friend has been trying to get his winnings out of this con-casino site for months. Pokie Mate haven't given any reason for not paying out and don't reply to email enquiries. My friend has supplied all ID details to these con artists and the withdrawal to bank account for thousands of dollars in winnings is taking months; and still counting. I don't think my friend will ever get the winnings from this fraud website. I worry that now they have all ID, including copies of utility bills, photo ID, passport & birth certificate that identity theft will take place through this con-casino and the fraud will be end up even worse. If you value your winnings, please don't use this website. At best, Pokie Mate are thieves.

After all of the crap they put me through they did eventually pay out some of my winnings. Then they limited me to a maximum $1.00 bet, spoke to customer service who advised it was system generated and would eventually be removed, my max bet was then reduced even further to $0.10. Most of their games have a minimum bet that is higher than that, making it virtually useless.
I asked for a refund. They said that the minimum withdrawal is $200, I said I don't want a withdrawal, I want a refund because you changed the terms without telling me. Have argued for a few days, but I think I'll write it off. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!!

This casino is a total rort. They have obscure conditions on deposit bonus where you cannot place a bet that is more than 20% of your deposit bonus or something, so even though I have deposited and lost more than $1,000 there recently, I made a $50 deposit, got $37.50 in bonus credit, and after playing $1.20 bets for some time, then $2.00, then $4.00 and some $6.00 as my funds increased, I got myself up to $4,500, in $10.00 and $20.00 bets, I played it back down to $3,000, and tried to withdraw. I had to submit ID documents that were rejected several times for no apparent reason, finally got approved only to receive an email saying that after being audited, I had placed $10 bets, which exceeded the $7.50 limit determined by my deposit bonus and therefore my entire winnings were voided.

Over the course of 4 days I accumulated $5000 in winnings and Pokie Mates are refusing to pay saying I abused bonus terms which I did not. As I have in the past made an error and lost  winnings I am now vigilant st not breaking terms and conditions.

There is no discrepcies in games history to show i abused the terms and they wont show evidence they claim to have. Cause its a lie. In actual fact  on the date they say i have abused the bonus in my games history on their site I did not play on that date or either day before and after it!!!!

I have requested several times to please email me complete betting history as  i can not ses it in my history as you can see in the attaced sreenshots.

Please do not ingnore my request yet again, it only further confirms that You guys are scam me and gives me even more evidence then i already have of your scam .

If they have evidence why wont they show it, because they cant and now they just ignore my requests
