We went into the store knowing exactly what we wanted. We already own two Poltronesofà sofas, and we decided to replace one as the backrest was causing me some neck discomfort. Our sales consultant, Kylie, was extremely knowledgeable and immediately understood our needs. She guided us through the options that matched our criteria, answered all our questions thoroughly, and offered helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. She also gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. Overall, it was a real pleasure buying from Poltronesofà.

Gail took the time to show us the various models and options available that met our requirements. We were able to try several sofas with different leather grades to make our decision on the colour and grade accordingly. She also shared her knowledge and experience on how to care for and maintain a leather sofa. Thanks for your time and availability.

We went to see a sofa because we saw that it was with sale ,and exactly when we start seeing the first sofa Maurizio came with a very gentle manner and knows his job very well, which he persuad us which one to choose and we are very happy.

We knew what we wanted. One of the items did not have the right price but the sales person discounted those. We hope to receive the couch sooner than 10 weeks.
