PROMPT SERVICE - EXCELLENT PRICES

We were given a quote over the phone and sent a visual by email a couple of hours later. We collected our finished banners the next day! A fair price, good quality, and a very fast turnaround.

Zoltan could not have been more helpful.

Odd that "Chudleigh" (from the USA?) had a different experience: especially when his requirements included brochures, letterheads, compliments slips and business cards...none of which PolySigns offer to produce!

Appalling customer Service - AVOID

Contacted the company to obtain a quote for some signs. The initial member of staff seemed pretty unhelpful and gave the impression they had better things to do than help give a quote and hung up. Called back and asked to speak to a company director, the man who had answered the phone confirmed he was a director so must have been either William Robert or Stephen Horswell. Advised I had called back to leave some feedback about my experience, totally not interested. I can only assume therefore if you use this company and have an issue you'll be met with the same apathetic attitude. My advice - TOTALLY AVOID. Always find it best to let others know about a negative experience especially when you take the time to feedback to the owners of a business about your experience so they can improve, but aren't interested.

They did however like my negative facebook post to them so who knows?

Have since obtained quote for my print job and placed order elsewhere:

Letteheads, business cards and compliment slips - 10000, 1000,2500 respectively.
2500 window stickers.
4 x display panels.
10 x vehicle vinyl graphics and fit.
4 x 2000mm x 750mm vinyl banners.
30000 6 leaf DL brochures.

To much hard effort to quote for over £3500 of work?
