Environmentally Unfriendly Business

We ordered several boxes of Jesmonite from Polysil and were shocked at the excessive use of expanded polystyrene in the packaging. We received so much of it we could fill a 40l bin bag so full we couldn't tie it shut. This material is not only harmful to the environment but poses serious risks to human health. It is outrageous that in 2025, any company, especially one that operates within the art and design industry, would contribute to such environmental destruction.

As a design studio developing a Jesmonite line, we will not support a company that expects us to dispose of up to ten bin bags - 400 liters of expanded polystyrene - in a landfill every month. This practice is shameful, entirely unacceptable and must change.
