I order regularly and recently experienced an issue with a damaged parcel, salmon oil had leaked which as you can imagine, didn’t smell the best, the courier was furious and even although it was completely out of p&m control, Nadia could not have been more accommodating, so apologetic and ordered a replacement with added goodies without hesitation. Excellent, professional service and thank you so much for being so kind 🥰

I wrote to them in March on their contact form on their website. I emailed them too. I never got a reply. I'm a pensioner and I lost a lot of money on a big parcel of dog food I ordered. It came just as my dog's pancreatitis flared up again and our vet said he mustn't eat any wet dog food. I've still got it unopened in the hall. I'm really upset because I don't know what to do with it and it's a lot of money. I have to feed my dog on home cooked food now. My vet can verify this. My dog's immune system was damaged after being attacked by two big dogs outside our local Lidl. He survived it but he got pancreatitis and nearly died. I was trying to find low fat food for him, but it flared up again just after I ordered a parcel from you. I will go to the bank and see if I can get a refund that way.

I've had a fantastic experience with Pooch & Mutt. My dogs have done really well on the food – they've enjoyed every meal, their digestion has been great, and they look happy and healthy. It's reassuring to know they're getting high-quality nutrition that suits them so well.

Aside from the excellent quality food, I want to complement Pooch & Mutt for exceptional service delivery. I received an incomplete order, including some unwanted puppy food. Not surprising given how busy they are with a flash sale. Thanks to Nadia, within 48 hours DPD were at my doorstep completing the order. Great food, great service - now that's a win, win! P&M told me to keep the puppy food or donate it. This will now be donated to a local dog shelter. Thank you, P&M - trust built.

A fantastic range of great products! My dog loves them and I trust that they are made with quality ingredients that suit the needs for my dog Leo. He goes crazy for them and loves his daily dental stick. Great customer service and dog treats!

Amazing! We absolutely love Pooch & Mutt.

Sadly have to write a poor review. Having been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Received 24 packs of fish and potato in my last order which were well in sell by date 2028 but they were all off smelt awful and have upset my dogs system causing diarrhoea. Having emailed it took over a week to respond and then wanting to know batch numbers etc etc which had originally submitted and even then they are not interested. I would still recommend but only for dry food . They have totally changed as a company since being bout out which is upsetting. The delivery is still excellent.

Our miniature dachshund absolutely adores all P&M products! He’s been on their food since a puppy and every meal time always finishes with an empty bowl!! We recommend them to any four legged friend!

Just reading some negative reviews. Just wanted to say I have never had any issues. My dogs love the food. I've had a couple of issues with delivery company damaging the boxes and missing items
They have always resolved quickly and replacements sent within the week.
To me that shows excellent customer service.
Would not hesitate to recommend them.

My dogs (and me) love pooch and mutt!! I foster guide dogs in training so have to be careful which treats I use for their stomachs and so they don’t gain weight and all the treats are amazing and have never given any of my dogs a bad stomach! They always get a mint dental stick at bedtime and this is their favourite part of the day!!

We have used pooch and mutt for years now and can’t recommend them enough. From the dry food, wet food, treats and supplements! Our boys love it all. Super quick delivery too ⭐

We’ve fed our dog the health and digestion range from pooch and mutt for approximately four years.
There’s a variety of poultry free options for those with chicken allergies.
The delivery comes quick, the box can sometimes comes in a bad way but that could be the delivery company?

The best food for my almost 2 year old cocker spaniel she has thrived on it from 12 weeks old. She loves the dry and wet food and all the treatos are great for training, keeping her happy and healthy. We wouldn't use anything else.

Our girls absolutely love the primal range and all the treats from pooch &mutt. There is such a wide range something for every dog. We love that it has a high meat content and scores really good on AADF so we know our dogs are being fed the best. Thank you pooch & mutt for being amazing and at a reasonable price too.

I have recently bought the sensitivity dry food, health and digestion wet food. Health and digestion supplements with the joint ones too. My dog used to have upset bellies quite often with different foods. My dog has been on this for 3 weeks or so now. And her stomach has settled huge amounts and her stools are normal now. And a bonus she absolutely loves the food and is always excited to eat it. Definitely recommend this if your dogs sensitive to most foods!! I’m going to be re buying when she runs low

My dog loves Pooch and Mutt, they have such good quality food/treats which are so high value for him and their prices are so reasonable. Customer service is exceptional too (thank you Nadia). Would really recommend!

My boys thrive on this food. My lab has issues with stinky ears and hair loss which is triggered by allergies and poor diet.The Fish and potato wet dog food has resolved those issues for him. The vet was really happy that we had finally found a food that works well for him and keep him healthy. My cockapoo loves the chicken and beef and is also thriving on that. Great service, speedy delivery.
