Delivers really quickly, outer box can sometimes be a little damaged but nothing inside impacted

Excellent customer service from pooch & mutt
Received wrong order by mistake but all sorted within a matter of hours and correct order on its way. Quick replys to my emails and my new order packed with free treats as a sorry. Really appreciated as my doggo loves the white fish & potato wet food and it’s a perfect crude fat content for her pancreatitis.

We’ve used Pooch&Mutt since Ralph was a pup, initially starting with just their dentasticks to now using everything from treats, health & digestion food to their supplements! Their new Hemp oil is great and their Joint support is used in Ralph’s tea every night! The pumpkin treats have also gone down a treat!!!🫶🏻

I have been with pooch and mutt for many years now and have always loved the brand but since the new packaging came in and the kibble looked different our dog has been seriously unwell with it. We have spent hundreds in vet fees only to get him sorted and opened a new bag again and the issues have all returned.genuinely annoyed and gutted at this. Unfortunately won’t be back.

Ellie was ever so helpful, and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with a new food allergy found in my dog. She guided me to resources where I could look at foods myself to know if they were suitable for my dog, and was ever so quick in responding to me. I found Ellie to have been a real asset to the team, and ever so kind to my concerns around my dogs food allergies. Thank you Ellie for all your help. It was greatly appreciated.

I have used pooch and mutt for a couple of years now and would recommend it and it certainly helped my old dogs digestion etc.
However I have noticed that the wet food has contained more and more jelly around it which I mix in but my dog has started leaving it which is not good so I started cutting the jelly off and he's eating it again.
I do feel that he's not getting a full pack anymore though.

Absolutely love Pooch&Mutt for there wide range of foods and treats for my spaniel. Only brand of food that didnt give her an upset stomach as a young pup. Tried at 7/8 months old and she is now 3. She will demolish every bite every meal time. Delivery is always fast and well packaged.

Quick delivery and my ragdoll Albie loves the primal food range! He’s been having the dry food for about a year and he loves it. We’ve also recently started to give him the pate and he loves that too! Clean plate every time. Thanks Purr and Meow!

We have been feeding our dogs the calm and relax food for years and it has been excellent. Noticed the new bag looked different but wasn’t aware that the ingredients have changed. My dog immediately became unwell after feeding the new branded product with vomiting and diarrhoea leading to very serious anal gland issues that we are still struggling with now. Lots of expensive vets visits, medication and supplements. So worried that my dog’s health has been permanently damaged. We still have a whole 10kg bag that I’m now too scared to feed my dog.

We've been trying out the Calm & Relaxed calming postbiotic meaty treats and my dog Eevee can't get enough of them. She's a high energy treat motivated border collie and the minute she see's us pull these treats out she starts pulling out all her tricks so that she can get a tasty reward. I'm not sure if it's the treats themselves or the fact that she works for them but she's always very relaxed afterwards.
