SCAM! Never received item.

Had to dispute the charge due to the company being a SCAM. I ordered a blanket for my partners friend as a gift since their pet just passed and this was in January….. I never received anything. Reached out they responded “oh you should’ve received it by now” then silence. They wouldn’t respond. Please save yourself the time DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Was so fortunate to get my $110 back.

I ordered a print back in December

I ordered a print back in December, I received a proof to review and approve, but I still have not received my print and I have not been able to get in touch with them. Do not use this company.

Unresponsive Seller

I have to agree with recent reviewer, Morgan Stevens, who shared that this Company must no longer be in existence.

I ordered a puzzle in the first week of December, 2025. I received no updates and followed up a few times over the next couple weeks. I received automated replies but no human response.

I decided to be patient, but two months passed and still no updates. Unfortunately, my card was charged immediately after I placed my order (in December) even though the product was not made or shipped.

Avoid PoochPrints at all costs.

Company no longer in existence

I have reason to believe this company is no longer up and running, yet they let you make purchases. I ordered a custom puzzle and my order email said they will send a mockup in 2-3 business days. I waited a week, assuming it was a busy time, to contact them when I hadn’t heard anything. I waited another week after contacting them to contact again. Finally, I went to their social media and they haven’t posted since 2024. Do not order from this company, I found a cheaper and better quality merchant on Etsy.
