My order hasnt been sent and all support messages dont go through this is a fraud and scam

First off, i loved the quality of the items i bought. I have bought several items for Christmas and all the quality is perfect. It is so hard to find such good website online because internet is full of people trying to sell low quality items. But pooz.com is not like that, they offer only very good qualities.. Secondly they offer reasonable prices and free shipping also i didn't pay any customs tax.. i would have been paid more than double money for all goods i bought if i had been bought them from any other online or physical boutique. Also, i placed my order 5 days ago and this morning DHL ring my door bell to deliver the package :) i think 5 days is reasonable delivery time too.. By the way, customer service was helpful and they took care of me from the begining of my order and they answered all my questions in detail. After all, pooz is a very very good website, i know it is not a very big company with million dollars.. but i think there are very smart and hard-working people behind the business.

i bought about 7 pairs of shoes, 5 mens dress shirts, and a few sweaters from pooz.com 3 days ago. i ve done my christmas shopping earlier before stocks are over. i am happy with all products and service offered. very kind customer service and quick delivery. private shopping help us to buy designer clothing cheaper.. i wanted to write this article to show my appreciation. thank you very much pooz !

I bought a Burberry shirt from them for about $150. When it arrived I simply couldn't believe my eyes. It was the absolute WORST copy I could ever imagine. Like it got shipped straight from a slum in Mumbai... Logo misplaced, Burberry "line" mis-aligned, folded like it just came out of a laundry bag and texture quality of a $5 t-shirt......
Thankfully I used PayPal for this purchase and so I immediately opened a dispute and got a full refund. They did not even argue about their product being fake. It was THAT obvious. At least they refunded the full amount, which of course was without question. Do your self a favor and avoid this seller and educate others as well.

I ordered 2 shirts (1 Burberry + 1 Armani), shipping was fast but I got disappointed when I opened the package and checked the shirts :(

I know I'm not buying a 100% authentic items but I was expecting high quality copy, which is far from the poor quality, bad finished shirts I received!!
one more thing, the size!! I usually wear shirts of size 2xl or 3xl depending on the style so I ordered my shirts 3xl from pooz and they came as 3xl size but definitely they are not!!!
