It's been 3 months without dispatch

It's been 3 months without dispatch. I ordered in August, it is now end of October, and nothing has shipped.

Not so user friendly

The prices seem decent, the selection isn’t too great and for a site called pop in a box I struggled to find any actual pop figures. Maybe it’s just because I am using the website on my mobile device but it didn’t feel very user friendly

I am disappointed in the lack of actual…

I am disappointed in the lack of actual pops. Also where did all the loungefly products go? I tried to use a discount sent to me for my five year anniversary, and although it is older than a year, there was no expiration date on it. Still your site would not accept the code.
I am pleased to get the loungefly backpack so that was the saving grace.

After almost a YEAR of waiting...still…

After almost a YEAR of waiting...still dont have my pop vinyls..i ordered 5 different ones...they were set to release a few months after i ordered them Okay. Np. The release was pushed back and then did not know this as customer service didnt reach out to me..they told me after i reached out to them...then i couldnt get a refund.....still waiting...buyer beware

I was pleased to see more items in…

I was pleased to see more items in stock as opposed to tons of pre-orders. I was soured on that experience but decided to come back and try again. Happily my order has already been posted and I'm looking forwards to adding them to my collection.

Will definitely come back!

First time purchasing from Pop in a Box and I gotta say I am more than happy! There’s a great collection of Funkos on the site and while I only was expecting to purchase one set, I saw that there was most of the Batman ones which I had my eye on so I had to get those as well haha. Also, the shipping came surprisingly early woohoo!

Buy anywhere else

200/225 pages of sold out funkos. I just ordered this to use up the credit you gave me. 1/1000 pops actually indicated it’s “back in”. I’ve otherwise divorced myself from your unreliable site, poor customer service, and fractured sense of business and sales. Chronic delays, poor shipping, and false advertising. Late products, if at all. I’ve missed out on countless POPs because of your Instability and unreliable misleading and frankly false advertising site. I’ll literally buy any where else. Even Australian sites have been faster and more reliable and I’m in Canada. Last order placed to use up a gift card that expired soon.

Avoid the Funko advent calendar.

Bought the Funko advent calendar. Completely ripped off. Many Duplicates. Zero response from Funko, just ignored it as they have become too big to care about the customers. Quality was sub-par with some of them not even fitting into their stands. Will never buy anything like this again from them and truly recommend you NOT to buy.

“Cancelled” preorders; surprise fees on delivery

Pre-ordered a set in July thinking this was a Canadian company . The set was released in October, and I was told shipment would be delayed to January. Then got an email saying 2 of the 5 items in my set were “out of stock” and cancelled. So I found these two items and purchased them elsewhere to ensure I had the whole set. Finally my order is shipped, and all items pre-ordered were listed as coming, including the 2 items that had been “cancelled”. So now I have extra items and it is too late to return them. To add insult to injury, I finally receive my package and I’m forced to pay $20 more for COD charges! This after already paying $10 for shipping. I am not happy. This company does not ship from Canada. Do not be fooled by the .ca website.

Do not shop here

Customer service is difficult to deal with and not very responsive. I $10 for shipping and now I'm being charged $20 in duties to pick up my package. Why am I paying duty when ordering from a Canadian website? All of this after I was told half my order was cancelled only to find out all of it had actually shipped. And I ended up buying the half that was cancelled elsewhere so now I have duplicates. Honestly wish I never ordered from this company or that I had cancelled my order. Canadians should beware of hidden sneaky duty charges despite a .ca site.

My order was cancelled as PIAB didn't make the figure advertised

After being delayed from the original production date, the Pop that I ordered that was a PIAB exclusive figure ended up being cancelled and is not being made at all so my order was for nothing.

Went from buying every Pop on this site to cancel every order.
Added fees for shipping, not receiving my orders and replying my messages until the garanty days are done but it could take months before they receive stocks. Cancelling my order even when it was preordered… honestly WORST website you can possibly buy from!

Really sad about the customer service!

Not the experience I expected

EDIT 2 - still waiting for a refund of shipping and COD charges. Followed up with an email & received a reply that 'its still being investigated'. Looks like I should've actually waited to receive my refund before amending my review that they had 'made it right'.

EDIT- I originally gave a 1 star review due to a shipping issue. I had paid for shipping to Canada, which the website states included duties. However, when picking up my package, there was a COD fee from the shipping company, which was not mentioned on the website. Customer Service reached out with regards to the review & stated they would refund the shipping, as well as the charge from the shipping company & will be following up with their shipping partner. Impressed that they not only reached out about my experience, but they made it right.
