Stay away from this seller, I pre ordered a pop (metallic skelator) and I am still fighting to get my money back a year later. Seller refuses to answer emails, item is to old to claim on paypal I am considering small claims just to prove a point.
Be warned people, this company should be give a wide birth.

Worst customer service ever. I waited 2 months for a purchased mystery box which I never recieved and emailed them dozens of times about refunding it and when they finally got back to me they said that they are refusing my refund me and they never intended to ship my box because of the cost of shipping was to expensive (even though thats the price they made up on the total payment). Anyways thanks to Paypal they issued the refund and I sent the Pop N Candy team an email stating I would take to social media about it and they sent back an email saying that they simply didn't care.
Wouldn't trust them. Awful company.
Used to be very good then decied to go AWOL and flat out ignored multiple messages asking for a refund which they originally said I can cancel anytime as it was the grail chase mystery box. I got a full refund via PayPal thankfully which they also ignored and now they are just claiming to be out of stock and a 'huge backlog of orders' I very much doubt will be sent out and to add they have deleted my account, I apparently don't exist anymore although have multiple emails saying things were dispatched and discount codes when they were operating.. My advice is stay well clear even if they get over that 'back log of orders' as they will obviously happily do the same at any point. 1/5 is generous
Avoid Buying From Pop N Candy!!!
A very disappointing and frustrating experience. I placed a few orders back in October 2018 (for instant pops and a monthly sub). On the last day of November I decided to contact them and they stated that all the monthly boxes for November would be shipped over the next few days. December came and went and from there on, all my messages (email and social media) were being ignored. Then I saw a new message appear on their website stating that they were awaiting stock for new orders. Okay, problems arise, that's life and that's fine. However, their customer service completely failed. They did not properly communicate this problem to any of their customers awaiting orders. They should have let us know the situation immediately, maintained open communication, and gave us options (if we wanted to wait or attain a refund). Customers like me, are fine to patiently wait but you must communicate the issues. Instead they totally made us feel irrelevant. If they're just awaiting stock then it's truly baffling that any business would disrespect and mislead their customers in such a manner.
Pop N Candy utilizes PayPal for payment and with PayPal you are protected within 180 days of making your payment. After waiting over 5 months for my orders, I was nearing my PayPal protection time limit. So I finally decided to try and contact them one last time to request a refund. No surprise, I was still ignored. I placed a claim with PayPal and Pop N Candy did not respond to them either. So PayPal resolved in my favour and I managed to get a full refund.
Totally unacceptable and unreasonable business practices. I completely urge you all to avoid purchasing from Pop N Candy!
Just a small tip: If you're thinking of going through PayPal to open a claim, don't wait until the very last minute. If anything goes awry, messaging PayPal CSR's is painfully slow and frustrating.
TL:DR - Placed an order back on Oct 2018. They ignored all messages of orders status for the past 5 months and then ignored my request for a refund. Went through PayPal to open a claim and they ignored PayPal and I received my refund.

So I collect pops and have hundreds of them so I thought why not buy the most expensive and biggest mystery box they had (12 pops for 120£), I ordered it in November but after not getting any sign of receiving it any time soon I contacted them and they said that they are waiting for new stock. It’s been months so I contacted PayPal and got my money back but the guy in PayPal had a look into things and thinks that the company is scamming and probably is waiting people’s orders to pass 120 days so it would be harder to claim morny back.

I have waited over 2 months before writing this review, but unfortunately I have still not received my order, nor have I been given an apology or an update as to where my order is!
Don't deliver
Very love hate.
After my initial review I edited that and awarded an extra star.
But after giving a chance again, I seem to think popncandy are getting worse.
I placed an order for the monthly way back on 16th of October and still haven't recieved it.
Then the following week I ordered the skelitor and blue vegetta 1x pop and candy.
I get the same reply nearly all the time as to why they are late, "problems with supplier".
Now what annoys me is the fact they had black Friday specials which they say was overwhelming.
But have still yet to send older orders.
It's like getting in as much cash as possible then you get your order whenever.
Similar to a pyramid scheme.
Sorry popncandy this Will be my last time using you, which is a shame.
Just to update my review after asking where the 3 orders are I recieved no reply, so have now put a paypal claim in on all orders.

I have purchased a number of mystery boxes and the odd specific box from Pop n Candy.
