Ordered 2 pairs of shorts on 3/16/23. Haven’t received notification that it has shipped or any tracking. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received anything.

I have ordered two pair of shorts. The one pair has been almost 3 weeks now and I’ve never received it. It says it was delivered. It was not. I’ve sent four or five emails to the company with no message back or no help and now I’ve ordered another pair while I was waiting for these and nobody is messaging me back or letting me know anything about those either could someone please return my calls or my emails because this is not good customer service.

Even thou I didn’t get a confirmation of my order, went thru PayPal, I received the item within 10 days. Fits great, not top quality material but will look good in Cuba.

This website is full of scammers the ambassador of this website is havking peoples accounts so they can look at there stores please dont even dare follow this website your personal info will be on the internet and your money gone dont try this.

My fiance and I ordered a White dress for our Civil Wedding this coming October order #12779? however we didn't received anything yet for 2months. Please Poppy Apparel you didn't even bothered to reply our emailed? We trusted your brand but looks like very disappointing. Are you really legit or what?

ordered a pair of pants online and paid for next day shipping. I didn't receive the pants for 6 days and they sent the wrong size. I have sent them three emails trying to remedy the situation and haven't heard back from them .

I bought a jacket and it looks different from the photos. It ripped inside! And they took forever. Shipping was super slow. Don't trust them.

They asked me to be an ambassador through email, I thought they looked pretty legit through their Instagram page so I accepted. I bought a shirt from them which took over 3 months to arrive, and when it did the quality was awful. They ask you to be an ambassador just so you buy their items and the 10% off isn't even a good deal considering the high price to begin with and the awful quality of clothing. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM OR TRUST THEM.

this company does the exact opposite of what they claim. They steal independent designers' work and flog them for cheap. Please buy from the original designers and avoid these scammers!

They steal the designs of small businesses for their own profit, utter BS!

They make cheap knock off versions of designs, harp on about being ethical while all their stuff is made in China for next to nothing.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! AVOID!!!!

They make themselves out to be in the states but this is a lie! They steal artists designs and pass them off as their own and their production is all in China.

They do not care that their practises are unethical. They are selling cheap knock offs of one of my t-shirts (they even used MY pictures with MY body in them) and so you know the quality is going to be bad from them having just copied the picture.

STEER CLEAR.

If you need anymore proof, then ask yourself why a company that says their main purpose is to promote artists and designers don't have a SINGLE artists or designers name on ANY of their products?

Also I have heard numerous stories of them scamming people into being brand ambassadors and promising payments (which they don't receive)

The "owner" of the company emailed me through my instagram page and asked me to be an ambassador claiming she loved my page and what I was about. I checked the website, instagram page and reviews and only found positive comments. I accepted the ambassador ship and ordered my first pair of leggings. It not only took forever to receive but was the worst quality ever. It ripped in the first hour of use. I wanted to return it but they do not cover the cost and ended up being just as expensive as the cost of the leggings. Truely disapointed and is really not worth to buy from this company.

As an ambassador of poppy apparel, I can not share my love for them enough. 10% off EVERYTHING - they have the cutest swimwear for all shapes and sizes, and they don't overwhelm you with choices and options. They give you enough just to make it hard to buy just 1 thing, which is what makes them such a great company. I've made over $700 CAD as am ambassador & affiliate
