Ordered the Blink 182 30th anniversary set for pre order last November. The date has changed numerous times since and still says April 2023 on the website now.
I have not received my product and I have emailed numerous times with no reply!
DO NOT BUY!

Do not purchase pre-ordered items from this “company”. Ordered two Funko Pops for my children in 2022. Last item was due in Stock February 2023 - neither item has materialised. I wish I had seen all the reviews. No response to numerous emails - AVOID!!

Preordered a marvel funko and have never received it. Contacted them via their site and was ignored. As preorder I was outwith the refund time on PayPal.

Totally fraudulent in my opinion.

After reading negative comments I had to review them, I bought a few pops a few days ago, then read the comments and panicked, I received a email quickly saying my order would be shipped the following day and it was and with tracking, it arrived today perfect, well packaged and excellent condition, I think the bad reviews are about pre order, I know that funko have let a lot of company's down with orders and that's where the problem is, if they have in stock I'm sure you'll get your order and if anyone knows me on here from Instagram @funkoninja1 then you know I always tell the truth , I don't usually do reviews but felt I had to for pops u like because of the bad reviews, I'm 100% happy.

I was a bit hesitant as I'd not heard of this site before but they had two pops I wanted so placed the order and came pretty quickly packaged well and looked good. Hopefully the third comes back into stock and I shall be purchasing again. Easy transaction for me

Not normally quick to write reviews but after seeing some of them on here, thought I’d add one for balance. I made my first order for a couple of pops that I couldn’t find anywhere else. But saw they were both in stock with popsulike. Because I was a bit dubious because they weren’t available anywhere else, did a look online and discovered the poor reviews on here. Really wanted the pops and didn’t want to pay eBay prices so bit the bullet and ordered them. Order placed on June 29th. They arrived today July 4th. They should have arrived Saturday but I live in a new build which I’ve just moved into, and the Postie couldn’t find it and took them back. But my regular Postie saw them and brought them back out today. Anyway, they arrived really quickly, in perfect condition, in a well packed box surrounded by newspaper and bubble wrap. I’ve seen that some people haven’t been as lucky, but it was a pretty perfect transaction for me. Fingers crossed it will be for you too.

Ordered a pop figure last June. Still hasn't arrived, they've ignored my request to cancel the order and after contacting PayPal, they still ignored what I was requesting. Silly me didn't esculate a claim through PayPal in time so I'll have to go through other means to get my money back. Don't make the same mistake as me. If you've been scammed by this company please esculate your claim in time if you're using PayPal to get your money back. I regret not doing so in time and it's totally on me. Looking at the reviews, it's a shame I'm not the only one who's had a terrible experience.
I've even messaged them to just at least send the order as they've ignored my numerous requests of a cancellation, but it's been pointless.

1st review was left through another email on here so there's no confusion. Was posted last year regarding their customer service and lack of response to emails.

Appalling customer “service” - completely ignored multiple emails and Instagram messages when I wanted to cancel an order with them. This has happened twice as I made the mistake of ordering with them again for a special Pop. How a company can run whilst totally ignoring contact from people is beyond me.

Scam company - ordered in 2020 and never received items. Could not get a reply on email or social media platforms. Avoid this company, how they are still traiding I don't know!!

Wouldn't even give the 1 star if I could ordered item which never came no response whatsoever I commented on the face book page and Instagram and got blocked from both avoid this company!!!

I pre-ordered the new Iron Maiden funko pops (5 in total) from this seller in November 2021 fully aware that they were not available until late February 2022. On release the seller provided no updates, dispatch or delivery, on emailing Pops U Like they did not respond. I opened a case with PayPal where Pops U Like responded once thanking me for my patience.I requested further updates on my purchase when the new Funkos were basically available everywhere to purchase receiving no response from Pops U Like. I escalated my case with PayPal and with no response at all from Pops U Like received a full refund. My advice is to stay away from this seller and give them a very wide berth, they take your money, don't provide updates or the items purchased and do not respond when contacted. I won't be using them again!

Placed a pre-order which is now overdue. Sent multiple emails but never got a response. DO NOT USE!

Ordered a special edition pop. Was notified promptly that item was ready for posting. Got a second email, with a delivery reference number. Package arrived a few days later - boxed, in bubble wrap and padded with paper so arrived in good condition.
I am personally happy with the service I received and would use this company again.

I pre-ordered something then hears nothing for months. Got the item elsewhere so emailed a cancellation notice. Heard nothing. Emailed again. Hears nothing. Third email included notification that if nothing is forthcoming I'll arrange a chargeback on my credit card. Appalling service. Just cancel the preorder and refund me or I'll be speaking to my credit card supplier.

Pre ordered 5 pops in Oct 2020, I understand there’s been supply issues but they don’t keep you updated, they don’t respond to messages or emails, they don’t have a contact phone number. Honestly wish I’d seen the other reviews before giving them any money…which doesn’t look likely I’ll get back and the pops don’t look like they’re going to arrive anytime soon.
Really bad company, really bad customer service. Even if they do not have the pops the send out, updates are necessary. Avoid.

I pre-ordered an item, and when it did not arrive after a long period of time I searched and found out that people al round the world had received theirs, so the item was definitely released.

I have sent several emails asking for an update or refund but received no reply.

I ordered a pre-order in October, due to be released in January. The money was taken the day I ordered but I've had no update since. I've contacted them for an update on my order and no response.
1st and last time I'll use them.

Is give 0 stars. I ordered an item in August 2021. I have had no response to my emails to non delivery. I paid at the time of order & have had no refund.

Do not trust this company utter rubbish I ordered a pop June last year it’s sold out now and I have sent three emails to them no reply and they have kept my money

Stay clear of this thief!

This is a cliché review as my order also has not been received which was placed back in Oct 2021. Email has not been answered (sent only yesterday) and there are no other forms of contacting anybody from this company. Stay well away from this website or your money will be doomed!
