Great Customer Service

When we bought our RV it had an On The Go Portable Water Softener. It has been helpful to us in keeping the hardwater spots down. But I especially want to compliment the company on their customer service.

We used the Contact Us form to ask what to do about a leak from the top. They responded quickly and ended up sending us a new lid kit, including an O ring and silicone lubricant. It came quickly and solved the problem perfectly!

I recommend this company to anyone who would like a portable water softener.😊
