Michelle and Reena were fantastic! What has been an incredibly long and drawn out process has been handled with calm professionalism throughout. I think we all celebrated as it came to fruition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Robert Coppard took me through a property purchase. As far as I'm concerned the company did what it was paid to do and did it well. What more can one say? Everyone was courteous and friendly and, human nature being what it is, that inspires confidence.
I have one beef, and that is regarding communication. On two or three occasions, having sent material information, I found myself waiting, wondering, "did they receive that last email I sent?" Years ago, solicitors would acknowledge every incoming communication, to excess sometimes, but now, perhaps to keep fees down, acknowledgement has swung the other way. Surely the modern computer system can be triggered to electronically acknowledge communications at almost no additional cost to the practice?
Apart from that (which at the time is quite unnerving) all was good.

We have had very good service from Porter Dodson, Bridport. Ms Stephanie McCulloch helped us redraft our Wills during Covid and met us outside in a car park with her assistant to witness us signing them. Thankfully not on a windy or wet day! Just recently Stephanie helped us draw up Lasting Powers of Attorney and arranged for them to be registered. We were pleased with the professional and friendly way these matters were handled and we would certainly use Porter Dodson again.

Our house sale was handled with both efficiency and personal engagement which made it much easire than is often the case. Bethany O'Hare kept us fully informed of all details and offered helpful advice where necessary.

Zara Davies recently helped us with the purchase of our first home, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from her and from the entire Yeovil Residential Property team. As first-time buyers the process seemed daunting, but the team made everything straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt throughout and any questions we had were always answered in a friendly manner; nothing ever felt like too much trouble and we felt completely supported throughout the entire journey.

We used Porter Dodson for our house purchase. We had used another firm for our sale which turned out to be a nightmare. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. The team at P-D were always quick to respond to any correspondence and were on the ball every step of the way. Highly recommended. They were a little more expensive than others but the lesson we learnt was don’t cheap out on the most stressful thing you might ever do, it’s not worth it. Worth every penny. We are now using their services for other legal affairs.

It did not take not long before Sarah returned for us to sign the Will. Now we're pleased that we have possession of both our Wills and Powers of Attorney. We highly recommend her for those wanting to do Wills or Powers of Attorney.
