Payouts

This is my third review for this place. Each time that I come here when there is a promotion, the machines are horrible. It’s a complete scam to get players to come and spend their money. I put 400 dollars in 1 machine and never got into the bonus. I moved on to another machine. 300 in, no bonus. The days that I usually come is on Wednesday’s. Wednesday’s are the 50 and older free spin (up to 5 times). I’ve been doing this for several months. Each and every time. The machines are taking. Again, it’s a scam promotion, just to get you down here to spend money. I TOTALLY NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER CASINO. I strongly advise people to stay away from here. This place is nothing how it used to be. It’s very disappointing to see how much they’ve changed for the worse. Also, Potowatomi, please don’t respond by saying that the machines are set to pay at a certain time etc. There are people all around me all of the time complaining about the same thing. Last thing, if you don’t see several of their employees walking around with the machines to pay out, trust me the machines aren’t paying.

No Luck

First of all, Potos ongoing defense of their tight slots is pathetic. Saying its all a random number generators and "luck" is disingenuous at best.

Per the state's compact, Potowatomi is allowed to set payback for each slot machine as low as 80%. Do you really think they have any reason to go above that threshold, especially when they keep adding millions of dollars of construction year after year? How do you think they pay for all that?

Its not simply a matter of "luck," its Potowatomi robbing their "guests" blind.

Lets talk about their miserable table game staff for a minute.

While playing craps I wasn't allowed to take off my "Line" bet after the point was made. I did hesitate to grab my bet off the table because one of the crew decided to pay me in a bizarre way.

The ghetto box lady SCREAMED at me to not touch my bet. The puck was still set to "OFF" and the shooter had not "come out" yet. So I figured I was safe to grab my winnings.

If I did something wrong, tell me. Don't SCREAM at me and make a scene if front of a packed table. She went so far as to say, "You're lucky I let you take your Field bet!" The "Field" is a SELF SERVICING BET!

What a bunch of incompetent ego trippers!

Potawatomi is also good at suppressing bad publicity as well. Like when employees die (2016). Or when patrons have heart attacks there and die and lawsuits are filed against Potowatomi (2014). Not to mention dead patrons found shot to death in their parking structure (2008). You don't know HALF the evil things that happen at Poto!
