WONDERFUL COMPANY 10/10
WONDERFUL COMPANY. I had an issue(actually slight inconvenience). I made a BBB complaint that I wish I didn't make. They over-accommodated me for a technical error(not on their part). I have since placed additional orders with them. I really like this company& it's customer service, but I LOVE their products.

Do not order from them. They claim they are in Norcross Georgia but it takes them 10-14 days to get to your order then additional time to send it out. They give STORE CREDIT not a refund.

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered and paid for items. Received email that items had been shipped and then delivered. I NEVER received the items and requested a refund. I received an email stating the since items showed as being delivered they were unable to give me a refund - only option was a store credit!!! Seems like their company DOES NOT service needs of the customer. There are other vendors who I can order from!!!!!

THEY FALSE ADVERTISE $14 T-SHIRTS AND DONT HAVE THEM. OR SPECIFY ANY DETAILS OR RESTRICTIONS ABOUT THEM TO DESPERATELY GET U TO THEIR SITE . FALSE ADVERTISING IS THE RAGGEDIEST THING YOU COULD EVER DO IN BUSINESS & ILLEGAL. AND THEY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED CUZ THEY HAVE SCORES OF BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM UNANSWERED.
