This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company. Do not use. Sharing my experience:
I had availed their service at $400 USD, including auto IP rotation. When they give me the server, from the very beginning the given IPs were blocked for att.net and otlook.com. For the first day I sent few mails to my own email using the email server for testing purpose. When I noticed the error of blocked IP, I reported them. They said that it is a natural phenomena of a new server and it will be blocked would be withdrawn within few days and asked me to keep sending mail. So kept sending test mails to my own mail address. On 2nd day Gmail blocked the IPs. I again reported them. After then they keep saying that it is my fault that I send unsolicited mails and couldn't solve.
Not only that they are hiding their identity. In order confirmation email they mentioned their office address—
Office#4,1st Floor, PAK PLAZA, Main PWD ROAD, PWD Housing Society, ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN.
In LinkedIn they mentioned their office address—
Nathan Way,Palo Alto, California 94303, US(Searched on Google, found no trace of them)
In hostadvice they mentioned their office address---
New Street, Richmond VIC, Australia.
Please do not believe, this is a fraud company. And do not let yourself scammed by them.
