After using this coffee maker daily, I can confidently say it’s one of the best Kitchen purchases I’ve ever made. The brewing process is fast and consistent and easy to operate but still feels like high-quality.

The flavor comes from whatever beans you choose, so choose wisely.

The machine lasted 2 years and the last 6 months every other cycle just dumps water and grounds into the grounds container so for 1600.00 my opinion is a waste of good money , plus they are bad at answering phones and emails and want it shipped out if state for repair. Not going to throw good money to bad

I’m an RN and my machine is my lifeline for getting up and out of the house really enjoy the 1100 model I bought from Powers at the fair in Tulsa.

I’m guessing theyre a smaller company so the replies might not be immediate but anytime I’ve needed help my service tech has always gotten back to me the same day and has even FaceTimed me to walk me through a cleaning.

I owned 2 different automatic machine's from 2 different companies and the customer service and 3 month turn around time to send them off for maintenance multiple times was a nightmare, and they wanted to charge me $700!
Ive had the machine for about a year and a half and it’s still going strong!

Joe is my guy! I purchased a maker at the National Western Stockshow in Denver from him and I’ve had it for almost 3 years and I use it every day. I usually make 3 or 4 americanos a day, and my wife or daughter make themselves a latte at least once a day. My machine says it’s made over 4,000 drinks in the statistics.
I’ve called him a handful of times for questions over the years and he’s always responsive, whether it’s 7 am or 7 pm.

I agree with the other reviews, customer service does not exist. I ordered coffee from the website, it never arrived, and they have not returned any emails. They do not list a phone number which is pretty shady. I would not purchase anything from this company right now.

Review: Disappointed with the Powers JP-1100 Coffee Machine

I purchased the Powers JP-1100 coffee machine expecting high performance, but it has been a major disappointment. The machine frequently shuts down unexpectedly and constantly displays error codes, making it unreliable for daily use.

To make matters worse, customer support is virtually nonexistent. The company has no listed phone number, and their email response time is painfully slow—if they even respond at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a malfunctioning machine and have no real support to fix the issues.

For the price, I expected much better quality and service. I would not recommend the JP-1100 or any product from this company until they improve their reliability and customer support.

What started our as a wonderful experience with coffee ended in a complete robbery. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer support doesn't exist. There aren't any coffee repair tech which can assist you with this coffee machines This is a scam.

I left a previous review for this company and I want to leave a follow up. After not hearing from PowersCoffee I reached back out to Webster Enterprises asking for my money back. After sending documents I had previously provided they said they would return my money. I boxed up the machine and sent it to Webster Enterprises and they refunded my money. Side note here: shipping the machine, which was expensive and the $199.00 warranty I paid was not refunded. Webster did apologize for PowersCoffee and gave an explanation. I also spoke to the Webster Enterprises representative at this years fair in Cheyenne. I still would caution anyone wanting to purchase this machine. It isn’t reliable for being so expensive. Also to be clear I did keep the machine clean and used filtered water. The quality of beans were good as well. (Starbucks whole bean French roast).

scam!! I was almost bought in at San Diego Fair, but decided to check out reviews first. From the few I could find, I learned this product is total rip off! The exact same machine is on amazon for a fraction of the price. For a machine they claim is $3000 on their website, but available elsewhere for $750 - total scam! From what i gather from other reviews, the mchine is just rebranded from a prototype made in china even thoughh the seller claimed it was his unique design. Save your money

Love my JP-1100!
My wife and I bought the coffee machine at Cheyenne Frontier Days in Wyoming & we love it! I mostly make the Americano but my wife loves the coffee latte. We use it multiple times a day, my grandkids use it for hot chocolate with the milk foamer.

I did have a question about the foamer and it took them a few days to email me back but we got it all sorted out!
