I was not happy with some of the solar panels they looked second hand ( marked and dirty) . I hope that they will be alright.

Please rest assured that all panels installed are new and fully covered under warranty. Sometimes panels can appear dusty or marked from handling and transport, but this does not affect their performance or longevity.

Dealt with Brad from the Brisbane based team. Great communications and very informative. This fellow knows his products and is very helpful.
The Install was done by Chris (the electrician). He was very professional and again very polite and helpful and explained each step.
Overall, I could not be happier with the system i purchased and it works extremely well with the guys being more than helpful to answer any questions i posed after the install. Nothing is a problem for these guys. I highly recommend this Company.

Not enough information to the installation of the batteries. Salesman didn't inform us of the limitations of the positioning of the batteries. The workers worked around the alternative location. We have been away since it was installed so we haven't had enough time to experience the new system.

The sales team were very client focused in their advice and product recommendations. The installation team were very honest about any challenges installing the panels and battery, and worked hard all day to get the installation completed in one go.
