BAD SERVICE
10AUG26 - Item ordered.
21AUG26 - chased this and eventually advised it was out of stock
31AUG26 - an apology, but no indication of when I would receive this item. It takes a long time for 'Customer Services' to reply to emails.

Good price and service
Despite being a long awkward item to deliver, a Fiskars 1023624 Powergear X Telescopic Tree Pruner UPX86, it was despatched and delivered promptly, in good condition, and the price was competitive. When I had a query about the extended warranty, PowerToolMate customer service responded very quickly.

The equipment was cheaper than other retailers
The equipment was cheaper than other retailers, the reviews helped and the delivery was fast but the delivery was not left at my property but with a neighbour. I was in all day and clear line of sight from the garage and no one came to the door or left a card to mention it was left with a neghbour!
