Was the best price I found online for the lawnmower I wanted. It arrived very quickly. The only downside was that I wasn't told it had been dispatched so I didn't know to expect it. Otherwise very pleased with the service.

Fast service but communications could have been better
Delivery was very fast and the free accessories supplied with the shredder were much better than expected - really worthwhile.
However, the email which was promised to notify me when the product was on its way never reached me. I was lucky someone was in when it arrived. This was a 50kg package on a pallet, so not something that is easily left with a neighbour!

Excellent service and a good price. No problems here.
Their chosen courier (DPD) on the other hand... what a pain they were to arrange delivery....2 abortive attempts and then I had to drive to Preston to collect it.
Please choose another courier guys.

QUICKEST CARRIAGE TIME 24 HOURS
After complaining that a previous Tilt Base did not arrive from another company I bought one from' 'PowerTools2U sent one out in 24 HOURS.
Great service and willing to please. They had the next lowest price balanced with quickest carriage time for a product that has shortages in the online marketplace. There are some people overcharging because there are shortages.
I checked they had the product and it arrived quicker than I expected.
When you are working with tools for a living any delay equals cash lost. I want a tool shop who understands that and is willing to go out of their way to support customers. I think PowerTools2U understands that.
