Found the product I needed on site but I could not transfer product into the Basket. Telephoned the sales and explained the problem and the Rep. said He would look into the problem and get back to Me. He did about 3 hrs. later due to a problem on the upgraded system. This was on a Friday afternoon at about 4.50 p.m. Should be ok now said the Rep. I ordered what I needed and it was delivered on Tuesday morning at 10.10 am. Brilliant. Can't fault the service and the efficiency of the Rep. in sorting it all out.

Initial email query received prompt reply from Danny. First class product at low price - received the following day. Will definitely use this company in the future.

I needed an urgent replacement for a very old Bosch 70cm Hedge Cutter, so I ordered the latest equivalent Bosch model (70cm) from PowerTools2U.
The price was the best I found anywhere and the company advert quoted 2 day delivery. The package arrived at 8am on the second day - Very impressed !!!

Clear website, very competitive price and free delivery. Communication was excellent, parcel did not arrive on time although courier website said it was on its way. I emailed Danny who quickly replied explaining that van had broken down and parcel would arrive soon.
