What a service! chatted online, had some specific storage requirements. Ordered the products, paid and delivered in less than 24 hours the day after. Pallet service, and they also came up good. All in all a great service, would recommend!

Worst service I've encountered. No feedback regarding lack of stock, put on hold for nigh on 30 minutes. Had to call back to be told they've only 20% of the total order available with no firm availability for the balance.
Appears there is no mechanism in place to contact customers, who pay in advance, of lack of stock. Won't be ordering from here again.

Quick service product was just the job would definitely us powertools2u again and can highly recommend them to anyone who needs building products.

Best price around for a Bosch AdvancedHedgeCut 70. Package delivered in perfect condition and very quickly next day - even though I bought at 5pm and was expecting 2 working day delivery. Afterwards, I requested a more detailed invoice than in the order confirmation email, and it was provided promptly - might be an idea to provide customers with this as standard for warranty registration? Registered for extra year's warranty (3 year total) with Bosch online. Recommended.

Just took delivery of 1 Makita Shredder, the site said they wouldn't have them in stock until September, so we waited until then before placing our order. Top service, kept in touch for each part of the delivery chain. Arrived on time. Very happy.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE you receive an email to tell you goods on 24hr delivery
Two weeks latter when you have just about given up on receiving goods they arrive, i suspect they have no stocks and once they receive your order they then set about buying the product at best price then selling them on to you. I very much suspect the positive if reviews on here are genuine

I have since had an issue, outside Power tools control and this has been well handled with good communication.

I needed to replace my old hedge trimmer and was looking to buy the Bosch 70cm Advanced Hedge Cut model. I came across Powertools2u online and although I had not heard of them previously, thought I'd give them ago.
Really pleased I did, as they were the most competitive of all the Suppliers I had viewed. Ordered the device late on the 30th July, free delivery and it arrived on the 2nd August.

Order not delivered in promised timeframe.

Customer Service said that the order hasn't been shipped yet, despite having received a shipping notification. Was told the wording on the email is wrong and they are waiting on the supplier.

Happy to wait for the product, just tell me when you are experiencing delays, don't just let them happen and leave customers non the wiser.

Edit: Just contacted the supplier who confirms the delay is on their side, and has given me an exact date the product will arrive at the retailer.

One star is far too generous but it is the minimum this review would allow me to award! Ordered an item on 10 July no 3000011466, received an email confirming goods have been shipped and will be delivered in 4-5 working days. Unsurprisingly nothing received, two emails ignored and numerous telephone calls unanswered. Absolutely appalling customer service no wonder such terrible recent reviews. If no reply in next 24 hours I will be lodging a complaint with my credit card provider and demanding a refund from them.

Item exactly as described first class customer service and information and item arrived faster than I expected would definitely recommend Power Tools 2U to anyone a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you
