If you choose to work with them as a freelancer or for them as a PAYE, try to pick the first option. Try to negotiate a good hourly rate, work as much as you can for a couple of years, then move on. You can easily request £34/hour, they get more than the double from local authorities anyway. I had a nice experience working with Olivia and maybe Eric. Now they are rearranging their business model, maybe because of losing clients like Dove House Academy and they are blaming tutors for losing clients, not realizing that the tutors who are wanted by parents, students and schools alike and not the agency. If they knew what I heard as a tutor! I built beautiful relationships with students and parents and the agency got very jealous that parents were asking for me.

My son really enjoyed his daily lessons with Charlie. It has been a great refresher to prep him for school this week, fun mornings with lots of good quizzes, teaching and learnings. A nice mix of topics meant he was never bored and it has truly helped his confidence. A great find during lockdown, very pleased we joined.
