I have used this company for years, always reliable delivery, great pricing and their own brand filters are of good quality. They even let me know when my PayPal address didn't match the one on their records. Highly recommended.

Been using for years and always had faultless service. Initially used the same cartridge as came with the fridge but more recently changed to the pozzani system with recyclable cartridges.

I have used this company for 12 years with an excellent service every time. Delivery brilliant. Customer service brilliant, then even noticed my paypal had my old shipping address and called me to let me know. They remind me every 5 months that my filter is due for renewal without me having to contact them and they always recommend the new cheaper products on the market to save me money. They are an outstanding company and I wish other companies could offer the same excellence in service and product. Keep up the 5 star service.

Be careful when ordering online,I ordered an air filter for my fridge said they were in stock paid for it,had an email next day to say it had been dispatched, had another email from customer service saying they had ran out stock and I would have to wait weeks for it, there excuse was it was ordered over the weekend, and they are shut,even on eBay they tell you what’s in stock before you order it,be careful when ordering online

Great company with a great service I'll all ways use Pozzani for my filters.

Great prices and speedy service for replacement cartridges for my Franke Tri-Flow tap. Only tend to make an order every 18 months or so as I buy multiple cartridges but I keep returning as I know I can trust both the product and speedy delivery.
Can't comment on customer service as I've never had reason to contact them which can only be a good thing.

Pozzani have supplied our fridge filters for years and even though we have moved overseas, and bought a new fridge, we continue to buy our filters from Pozzani. They dispatch the order speedily and correctly, and when the product isn't available, they are great with communication. Recommend them highly.

We bought some water filters from them, they were in stock and delivery was fast. Seem like a good company, with reasonable prices, so can recommend them.

Professional fridge deodoriser.
Very good dies the job there are no nasty smells when I open the fridge. Although when opened it wasn't fitted together and did struggle a bit to get it right and as there are no instructions on how to put it together or no recommendations as to where is the best place to put it in the fridge I was a bit confused.

I have a blanco filter tap that left me with more limescale than the Lakeland water filter jug it replaced. This is despite blanco having a headline on their website that states 'Water Filter Taps from BLANCO reduce limescale'. They don't (unless you consider 0.14% a reduction as stated in their own test chart) and I was worried I had made an expensive mistake as my kettle and iron continued to scale up. What a relief when I saw an online review for a Pozzani filter as a direct replacement for my blanco filter. Great price, quick delivery and after over a month of use no sign of limescale. I can get two of the Pozzani hard water filters for the price of a blanco and there is no discernible difference in water taste but a considerable difference in limescale reduction. Give it a go, you may be pleasantly surprised and save money.

Decided to spend my cash with this company. Sent three different E-mails asking for support with my product and no one has bothered to respond. When it comes time to replace my filters I'll take my money elsewhere.

My go to company for water cartridges, Pozzani were extremely helpful when I was investigating a nitrate reduction system for water to use in an Aquarium, since then I use them for all my family's various water filter cartridge needs as they are reliable have a large range of compatible cartridges and provide good service.

I purchased from this company's website coffee-filters , 4 off DeLonghi replacement water filters for my coffee machine @ £5.23 each plus delivery of £1.45 a total of £22.37, I was invoiced £22.45 rather than the actual £22.41. When I contacted the company the representative was extremely dismissive of their mistake but did offer to refund the sum of 4p with extremely bad grace, she would not however refund the cost of my phone call about 15p to inform them of the error. This company's attitude to a customer justifiably pointing out an error in their charges, no matter how small is unacceptable. Why should I have to pay to inform them of their mistake.
