Not to be trusted!!!
Booked and paid for 2 weeks in one of their villas in Protaras, Cyprus.
4 weeks later, the reservation was cancelled by Premier, saying that they changed their mind.
Most likely, they have found someone who rents for a longer period (= more money).
They sent us 4 recommended other villas that were available in the same period. All were way more expensive and we needed to pay the difference.
When I contacted them, the agent was quite rude and broke off communication before we had finished.
We are now stranded with air tickets, car rental but nowhere to stay. It is pretty late to find some replacement accommodation so, most likely, we'll stay home this summer :-(
After this review was submitted to TrustPilot, Premier claimed that I had gotten it wrong and my review probably was meant for a different company.
However, the URL "www ppmcyprus com" redirects to premier.cy, which is the company that I was in contact with.
So, indeed, they cannot be trusted!
