FCU is a shambles

Only give out temporary contracts. Change work halfway through the contract. Over allocation of work as they do not have enough staff to do the job. If you raise any sort of complaint you are frowned upon. The managers are power hungry and only care about quantity of work and not the quality of your work. Which is baffling for a fintech company. Micromanaged every single day, so it feels like you are back in school. If you say any regards about what you plan to do in the future they see this as a threat and will fire you. The say they support illness and mental health however there is no support and you will be told not to take time off even if your condition is chronic.
Overall an absolute shambles of a company and the FCU management in particular are very dumb and only have their jobs due to length of service at the company.
There is a few good things about the FCU team: some of the people in the team. The only manager to ever care about the people and you’re not just a number to him is Jack.
Company need to be asking themselves why morale is so low and why people want to leave daily.

Scammed and Ignored

I was scammed in March 2019 by somebody using this bank to illegally receive the stolen money. Over two years later I am still trying to get my money back. They have a record of the illegal transaction and the account holders details but continually refuse to respond when I ask for my money back and if they will report the account holder to the police. Even their C.E.O and Chairman, Ray Brash, refuses to help; he 'passes' the enquiry on and then i'm just ignored. Don't banks have to follow FCA guidelines when dealing with fraudulant activity? Please don't mention Action Fraud, they are useless and a scammers dream; between PPS, Action Fraud and the Police, scammers know they are free to continue scamming as nothing gets done about it.
**Update January 15th 2022, still no reply or help." Continually ignoring victims and doing nothing to bring the scammers to justice cannot be right or proper.**
