Caroline ,my representative ,was professional and approachable throughout my experience with Pragamedical. The journey from initial contact to after care was excellent - friendly, informative and thorough.
Caroline answered all my unending questions and was super lovely when I met her in person.
The clinic itself was clean and very efficient. Friendly staff and my doctor was considerate and professional.

It's been almost 3 weeks since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with the service I have recieved .

Travelling to Prague alone was very overwhelming for me and my anxiety was very high .
Caroline was so lovely and answered all my questions (even the silly ones) but I need not have worried.

Everything went smoothly . I was picked up from the airport and taken to my hotel (which Caroline organised for me) . The hotel was very clean and included breakfast . ..bonus!
She also organised a late check out for me on my departure too

The morning of the surgery Caroline met me and we travelled to the clinic together which to my surprise was literally a 5 minute walk away . The hotel was situated near the shops , restaurants etc too so nothing was too far from reach . She also gave me information on the app I could use if I wanted food delivered to the hotel (as uber or just eat app is not used there 😁)

I was so nervous but instantly felt reassured after seeing the clinic (perfect Clinic my surgery took place) and meeting my surgeon. Caroline accompanied me at the clinic and helped me to fill in all the paper work etc and stayed with me until it was my turn to check in to my room .

I went down for my surgery late afternoon . I had general anaesthetic as I was having 3 things done and I was fine after this too. I can't even remember falling a sleep for the operations and the next thing I knew I was awake back in my room.

I stayed at the 'Perfect Clinic' overnight . The food was fine and I was comfortable . I wasn't really in too much pain . My eyes were stinging with the swelling at one point and I asked the nurse whether someone could give them a cleanse as I couldn't really see at all . I was given an ice pack and a sleeping tablet to help me rest and basically left until the morning. However most staff did speak English and I'm quite good with self recovery from previous operations so it didn't really faze me.

I returned to my hotel the next morning . I didn't realise but you need to leave the clinic by 9am! I was messaged by Caroline to check I was ok and also have recieved texts since returning to the UK.

I look forward to receiving my before and after photos and can't wait for all the swelling to completely go down I can see the full results .

I would most definitely use Praga medica again and a few people I know are looking into having their surgery in Prague too now after my positive experiences

Even being in another country — and a very distant one — we never felt lost or alone.

Thanks to their professionalism, everything went as planned, and today we are happily expecting—confirmed by ultrasound with a strong and healthy heartbeat. It has been an unforgettable and deeply emotional experience for us.

The staff at Praga Medica were friendly, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much. They have great connections with the medical centres and only refer to those they know are of excellent standard.
I returned to Prague this week for the commencement of dental implant treatment and the standard and care remains exceptional. My sister also came to Prague with me to have the same eye treatment as I had years ago. She also would recommend the service and treatment.

I recently travelled to Prague for lens replacement surgery through Prague Medica, and my experience with Jana, the team, and NeoVize Clinic has truly been exceptional from start to finish.

I had the AT LISA Tri (Zeiss) trifocal lenses implanted in both eyes by Dr Peter Mojžiš, and the results have been nothing short of life-changing. I can now comfortably read small print, menus, and everyday text, something I struggled with for years. The clarity of vision I have gained still amazes me.

Markéta has been absolutely amazing with the communication, organisation, information and guidance etc from the moment I enquired about getting the blepharoplasty surgery.
She's been an absolute diamond to deal with, organising the accommodation within 5 minutes walk from the clinic, complimentary taxi's to and from the airport, even personal chaperoned to the clinic the morning of the surgery.
I can't thank her enough.
She's still in contact checking up on me and my recovery progress.
She really does go the extra mile to look after you.
Dr Fajtová was also very professional, caring and informative explaining what exactly will be getting done and I felt in very safe hands.

Communication prior to my arrival in Prague was exceptional. I was advised someone would meet me in arrivals and take me to my accommodation. The driver was there in an executive car and the service was excellent.

My first day in the clinic I had a translator who was informative and supportive. I was apprehensive given the language barrier and she helped put me at ease. During the initial consultation I was told I would need to pay an additional £700 as I needed different lenses due to an astigmatism.

The day of the first surgery we had a translator and the first lens replacement was performed. The procedure was quick and only slight discomfort. The eye was covered ready for the second eye the following day.

Unfortunately my translator was not there for the second eye surgery which made me very anxious. There were questions which I did not understand and couldn’t answer as many of the clinical staff don’t speak English. I wasn’t notified in advance or at any point that the translator wasn’t coming.

The final day of my check up I messaged and called as the timings from Praga Medical and the hospital were different. Again a translator wasn’t provided. As I was flying home in a few hours there was questions I needed assistance with. A translator from another company kindly helped as my vision in one eye was very blurred.

I haven’t received a response from Praga Medical or any aftercare check in from them since I complained as I needed a translator and help. Extremely disappointed in this. I had my final surgery 11 days ago and have had no contact. Wondering if this is it’s there should be after care or some form of communication.

Sadly I had recommended Praga to a friend after my first eye however I have advised to look elsewhere. It was one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever had to make and travelling alone when unfortunately Praga did not provide the
support they advise is included in their fee. I had been told there would be support in place for me.

The hospital where the surgery is undertaken is excellent. Top class facilities and I could not fault them in any way.

Praga medica was amazing, arranged my surgery for a breast uplift and augmentation couldn’t have asked for better service everything went perfectly and a massive thank you to Marketa who was my lead consultant, couldn’t have made me more at ease :)

Absolutely amazing from the booking until now with support from the clinic with aftercare advice . My husband and I cannot praise the clinic enough. Everything was so professional, everyone was super friendly. Already just after one week after surgery the results are amazing and no problems at all .

The service is very customer orientated, in my case I treated with respect and compassion right from the start.
My son accompanied me to Prague and was also informed what was going to happen ect just to put his mind at ease to.
I wish I had done this years ago , so quick, painless, no discomfort, highest standard of medical care and cleanliness.

I went with PRAGA MEDICA for Lena replacement on recommendation from a friend. Their service was superb. Very professional with excellent communication. It couldn’t have been smoother. Within 24hrs my eyesight was remarkably better. Now 5 days later I am shocked by the excellent clarity of my vision. A very happy customer. I had both eyes done on the same day which was best for me. The next day I got to relax in my hotel after the checkup and had a walk around Prague taking in the sights.

I would absolutely recommend them.

I decided to trust Neovise with my vision primarily because I am closely associated with two nurses who work with the NHS in England. They are both qualified and experienced having worked in high level positions including ICU. Their surgery was very successful and so was mine. I’m very happy with the result and am now two weeks post operation. This is a professional company with great customer care and they fully understand the science of ophthalmology. Good service. Only fault is the perception I had to get buy NEVANAC. Not told what is was for. Only info I got was from Chemist that wrote 2 times a day 3 weeks after op. It looks like I will run low on the MAXITROL.

decided to undergo rhinoplasty combined with septum correction. I was guided by online reviews, and both the surgery and the hospital stay turned out to be a perfect choice. I’m absolutely delighted with the care I received at the hospital and with the help of the incredibly kind, wonderful, and competent assistants.

Above all, I would like to thank Dr. Padera and Dr. Kastner — Dr. Padera performed the rhinoplasty, and Dr. Kastner took care of the septum correction — and I truly believe I couldn’t have chosen better. My nose looks beautiful, and I’m simply thrilled with the result.

I also met another Polish girl who had her surgery at the same time, and she is just as happy as I am. Our noses healed very quickly, and we stay in touch regularly. I honestly didn’t expect to recover so fast after the operation. I didn’t feel any pain at all, and the wounds healed very quickly.

It’s only been 11 days since the surgery, but the result is already visible. Everyone who sees me is amazed by how natural it looks. My nose is straight, slightly shortened — just beautiful.

I’m so happy and so grateful that I simply have to say: I love my new nose, and I love Dr. Padera and Dr. Kastner! 💖
