Customer since 2017, renting a /24 - despite changing Abuse contacts without any notice some time ago, I received a abuse report. In the contract from back than it is listed that 5 abuse reports will be tolerated, but nothing about invoicing "the management of it" or anything else.

Also, he uses illegal methods to blackhole IP addresses out of an announced IP space, this is no part of the contract. After saying that he canceled the service to the 1st February and also closed the communication account. If I were you, I would take someone else for a IPv4 lease or any other service.

Back in March, we got an abuse report about a Client VPS that was brute forced. Stefan asked us to break the GDPR and give us the client details (despite his company being in Austria/the EU). We denied this request and he informed us (on a saturday) that our subnet would be canceled at the end of the due date, which was in 4 days. We had 4 days, and only 2 business days to find a new subnet and transfer tons of clients off of the /24. Luckily we did it in time. Do not use his services even if its under 12 month guarentee, he will blackhole IPs randomly, ask for client details, etc.

Stefan has no trouble terminating services over a single false abuse report to an address that was not in use and blackholed from my end. Completely overbearing and lacks of common sense.

If you are looking to rent IP space this is probably that one "LIR" I'd stay as far away as possible from.
