Brilliant customer service
We ordered our travel system from another company and months later we essentially didn’t get it because the company went into administration. I called pramworld and they gave a realistic timeframe of ordering it from them the customer service was honest and great. Then when we placed the order we got frequent updates on timeframes for each sort of the big bundle. They also offer the chance to have items they have in stock shipped first so you’ve at least got somethings if needed eg. car seat. When the items were in stock they sent them and they arrived the next day. A very smooth and much less stressful experience than the place I ordered from at first just because they had a 10% discount on and showed a slightly earlier delivery date. Would 100% recommend pramworld.
