I would give this company a 0 if I could I worked for this company as a forklift driver threw a temp for like 8 months never missed or was late and they let me go instead of hiring me there cheap and horrible to the people that are loyal to there company I had 2 kids a bills to pay that they cared nothing about only that they could get another temp for cheaper I hope the bankrupt
We are a small business that used this company for about 4-5 years. Outside of a few miscommunication issues we really did not have any issues. They have great prices and we were very happy. However, this last year we have tried two new box designs with them and it has not gone well at all. Their miscommunication was so bad that it cost us over $5,000. We had issues getting quotes back in a timely manner (literally took weeks in some cases), issues with pricing (it was 10X what their rep said), and with our designs after we purchased print plates.
Not only that but when we got upset they would blame us and act as if we should have known things that they did not explain to us. It just felt like they did not really care about us nor that they wanted our business. Their rep practically told me that over the phone. It was like being in a toxic relationship.
Can't recommend for small growing businesses.
