I ordered a T-shirt for a protest, but the protest is already over and my T-shirt hasn't even been shipped yet.
Despite making multiple attempts to get an update on my order, I have received virtually no meaningful response. Their customer support number is practically useless—no one answers the calls, even after countless attempts.
Whenever I email them, I receive the same generic response: "Printing has been completed. Your order is under quality check." The exact same reply has been sent in three different emails on different days.
Seriously, how long does printing and quality checking take?
T-shirt nahi hua, Modi ji ka promise ho gaya—poora hi nahi ho raha itne dino se.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this brand. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and if you later decide you no longer want the product because of the excessive delay, getting a refund appears to be very difficult.
My suggestion: Think trillions times before ordering, and make sure you're aware of these issues before spending your money.
