I ordered metal dancing birds for the garden and made 3 orders for different colors. It took a long time but the first box came with one broken. They were made of plastic despite being referenced as metal and they refuse to provide me with a refund. I discussed it with my credit card company but there is no charge to dispute. I cannot imagine they did not receive payment prior to shipping but I cannot find it. How strange is that?

Stay away from this company. It’s over a month and I still have not received my order. When you try to contact them you get a stock reply. Luckily I purchased with PayPal and they refunded me my money. Initial tracking said it was shipping from Spain.

Ordered the white egret & blue heron yard stakes. What a joke. Stakes are 4" shorter than advertised. Blue heron was supposed to have colored streaks on body. Came just solid blue. Advertising states satisfaction guaranteed. Joke! I have been back & forth with customer service. Initial offer $3.00 refund. Second offer $5.00. Price I paid with shipping was over $40. I will be filing a claim thru PayPal. This consumer will not be using this company again.

Product not at all like what was advertised. Ordered the blue heron Florida birds. From pictures the had markings and looked good. What showed up was not at all like pictures.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I ordered a dragon cookie cutter for my son for Christmas on November 8. I would get tracking updates until it made it to customs. After that, silence. Closer to Christmas I tried contacting them. For a week I got the runaround about the transportation company assures them it's in transit; they haven't updated their tracking info; Yada, Yada, Yada. So I decided to contact my credit card company to report it as fraud. Not only did I find out they charged me more than what my receipt was for, but they charged an extra nearly $5.00 in "processing fees". STAY AWAY!

dont order from this company. It all seems legit until the tracking stops and never is updated and your order never arrives, customer service doesnt get you anywhere. Its a big fake money rip off.

My daughter loves her new shoes. They are true to size and completely whimsical!

These are comfortable and really great for active swim days. My wife usually goes with the bikini but for times when there is lots of activity that includes swimming these are a great way to bridge the gap.

The hat was exactly what I expected. It has the wire lining in it so it stays the way you bend it. The material is nice quality and thick. I used it for the topper of my Halloween tree. Very cute!

They look and fit great! My 7 year old loves these shoes and so do I.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! My order got stuck in Newport RI approximately 2 months after I ordered. I contacted them and they said they would answer by email. I’m so tired of these scams. I’m not ordering ANYTHING more. So much for Christmas.

I purchased a cookie press stamp on 9/7/23. The “tracking” started overseas, and over a month later the item mysteriously got stuck in California. No more tracking updates in a month. I emailed support, and was directed to a website to “consult your question.” The website message is, “Sorry, the URL has expired. Our customer service will serve you by email.” I will now try to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from them!

This company is a sham. They take your money, send you shipping updates and yet you never receive the product you’ve paid for. Their customer service is a runaround of nonsense automated responses. It is impossible to get a legit response or product. Facebook should absolutely stop their ads.

They will take your money, send you fake shipping information and updates and then ghost you and product never arrives.
