I am pushing it to 2 stars just based on the service from the lady at the till, however bought a case of coco-cola, on 10/10/24, and after getting home noticed the sell by date was 31/08/24!

Was only visiting the area or would have gone back to store, should be illegal, and they should be ashamed, save yourself the hassle and go next door to the Co-Op which was so much better,

went to my local store in south shields and bought 2 bottles of pop when i got home i noticed that they were out of date and that's not the only thing a friend of mine went to buy some bits and they we're also out of date and was told they would be OK to consume

Premier store kingsley park terrace northampton wouldn't honour free Fanta zero sugar even though was through coca cola app and stated ANY Premier store. Rude and unhelpful. These people do anything to get out of promotions. AVOID unless you want an embarrassing experience

I live in Aldershot and have a store at the bottom of the road, I couldn't get my car out today because I was blocked in by a customer in the Premier, I went in the store to ask if they could put a notice on there door to say not to block driveways but got a woman who said it wasn't theircustomer and she was a total waste of time, since having the store at the end of the Rd we've had a lot of people blocking drives and even the Rd, wouldn't mind but we've got a Sm Rd 10 houses in and we have 2 ways in but 1 way out, the drives are all drop kerb

Wisbech Quaker Lane store is run by totally ignorant people..
Tried to return a parcel and he wouldn't help as I was unsure how to use the scanner. Never go in there again..

This Premier Store in Bishopstoke has just opened and I have to say it has been a long time coming. The store is a veritable Aladins Cave. Bright and welcoming. Wonderful service, fantastic deals for a convenience store. The owners are respected and respectful, as they are well known, due to relocating just round the corner to a bigger store. Ruhi's Premier, in Bishopstoke, services their customers, selling just about everything, at competitive prices and with regular special offers, this is my convenience store to go to, why not make it yours?

Absolutely fuming , my local shop which has everything and more but pulled my pants down , i brought 1x caramel digestives £1.85,Flaming Cheetos £1.25, 2x little bottles of bubbles £? total £7.08 -£3.15 for cheetos and biscuits leaves £3.93 for two little bottles of bubbles which doesn't make sense for two items , i went back in to explain to see if it was a mistake and he just smiled and wobbled his head from side to side about 10 times with a dopy clueless grin ,If the kids hadn't had opened them so quickly i would have returned them , now due to this i and my wife and 6 kids will be avoiding this siht shop , im sending this to premier stores too, the bloke behind the counter is a total wet blanket. I WILL NOT FORGET THIS , £2 each Bottle of bubbles give or take 3p or 4p who knows what else gets fiddled around with, oh they 18p each online or £4 for 24 50ml RRP 50p (50p i think would have been fair

Just an absolute con. I got my item wasn’t what I ordered and won’t give refund, just offing a discount on the next purchase. In what crazy world do you live in as if I would ever buy from you again.

Do not expect a delivery. I keep asking where my purchase is, they keep sending me a link to the courier company. The link shows my tracking number is non existent. Thieves. 5 months and just lies

Premier Express (Hunts) 310-312 Southmead Rd, Bristol. I didn't even want to give it one star. Not only has this shop lost 2 of my parcels, or put it this way the parcels were taken there but never got to the recipient's. Then when i go to pick up a parcel, the man won't accept vinted or inpost tracking method of confirmation that
the parcel is there. He just told me to go and ignored me as he said I didn't have the right details. I had to go back on the evening and get the woman to do it with the same details I showed the man earlier and my parcel was so ripped open the woman had to put it in a bag to give it to me. The man was so very rude. Inpost and vinted should not use this shop and avoid at all costs as everyone I have spoken to about this shop say the same. Either parcels go missing or they are opened and the man makes out he cannot understand you.

My parcels are always on time here and they are easy to contact about any problems overall good service

horrible time, i found a full tooth in my cheese and onion sandwich and my fanta had been open. never stepping a foot in a premier again

Premier store in Lindsay Drive Kilmarnock, Scotland.The shop assistants are very miserable and rude.They continue to stock shelves when they can see you waiting.They do Yodel delivery/returns but it always feels like they can't be bothered doing it and you are an inconvenience especially the owners sister.It is not a pleasant experience shopping here.

My teenage daughter, who has a disability and is vulnerable, bought a box of chocolates, which had £6 written all over it, but the dishonest shop owner made her pay £11 for it. When she arrived home, I was fuming to realise that this box of chocolates is actually spoiled food as it had expired its sell-by date.

Absolutely despicable behaviour.

Wolstanton Rd staffordshire premier shop never have money for scratchcard wins, you que up put items on the till to pay with your winnings and they say they have nothing to give you, the only shop I know what does this, been a life long customer and will not be going again, it went down bank once it became a premier shop, not even cheap either

Shop at Horsley Hill square in south shields, I have no words to describe staff , angry with racist issues they are all indian wearing turbines and harassing other people that wear hats just because they have a post office in there that is not often used by customers. They are slamming people's drinks of the counter when selling, they get rude and are saying awful stuff to customers calling people insults and throwing people out without reason because they don't like them as of other culture nationality. Never polite , treat people like criminals and discriminate people with protected characteristics. Roll their eyes and make their customers feel bad if ask what's the limit on card payments, I am shocked at the staff at this shop and management and how this is allowed, can't this shop see their reviews, why isn't anything being done about it? No manners at all , should be better vetted and checked, there's no point doing customer service if the serving staff acts like they work in border control and not a shop. Disgrace, pushing ladies around and telling them they are sex workers and they are working in care , such disrespectful regards for customers I have no words to describe this horrible service there. This shop should not be ran this way , it's a bad busses doing that to customers and still be allowed to run a customer store where people just have to buy the stuff they need to make coffee and toast. It's so awful. If a worker doesn't like someone because they have personal issues they can't throw them out for it , it is unlawful, they are there to sell things not to judge customers and pick and choose by their own liking for no reason to not let someone shop there because they lost a nerv and slammed the can and the customer wanted another one. Such bad management.

Park Avenue Store Redcar Friday 10th May 2024 around midday. Usually pleasant staff but today when returning a parcel I encountered a very rude woman who brusquely took over my transaction because the label roll needed changing. She took my parcel then argued with me over the need to stick the Evri label on my return package as there was already a barcode on it. This may well be the case but I asked her if she would stick the label on anyway, after all, it was printed out. This is usually what I would do myself and I would prefer it to have the label on. I wasn't being off with her in the least, just asking, but she answered "I should know I do these every day". I asked her again if she would put the sticker on and in a loud sarcastic voice in front of other customers said Yes Ma'am, goodbye and have a good day. I'll be in touch with Evri about this too. Total disrespect. I won't be going there again.
