Abysmal service

First, I would agree with every word of Mohammed Islam’s review of this company!

Premier Connections is the umbrella company for a number of other firms dealing with Solar Panel installation, heating, and other home improvements. However, which ever one you might choose, you will still receive the same diabolical service. The Customer Service is virtually non existent, with very rare replies to emails, and certainly no call backs when promised.

The whole installation was a nightmare, and it still continues months afterwards, when trying to obtain documentation. Any of the companies related to Premier Connection, cannot be recommended including Effective Home ( see all the negative reviews on Trustpilot!). They also appear to have a habit of changing names, which is not at all reassuring! This is the worse company that I have ever dealt with.

Customer service is appalling

Customer service is appalling. I have been given 4 different dates for solar panel installation and on all 4, nothing happened. I am still waiting 4 months after the first date for the panels to be fitted. The scaffolding was up for a month and then the scaffolder simply turned up and took it away. Avoid this company like the plague!

Failed Solar Panel Installation

The company provides solar panel installation. The service is very poor and unreliable. Despite 3 letters to management and numerous phone calls I'm still waiting for the installation to be finalised. I've had 3 failed installations and when I finally had it all fitted the software would not work correctly. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get this software issue sorted and have no idea when it will be addressed. So it's taken over 2 months in total for a 2 day installation. I've had damage to the roof, wrong items delivered and sub contractors working for Premier either not turning up or walking off the job.

I don't understand why senior managers can't see the importance of contacting clients directly when they make a legitimate complaint and have the courtesy to address genuine issues. It's a very stressful experience.

I've now had to contact Nationwide visa to address the issues. Its a good job I paid by credit card.

Let's hope the company addresses the issues so others don't go through a similar experience. A very disappointing experience.
