This company doesn’t deserve a start at all!!
They put new locks on the electric meteor cupboard without warning me at all. I get home to find out I need access to the meteor. I slept with no electricity! Food in my fridge is going off.
I called them in the morning and spoke to Chloe who said I needd to order my own key because it would cost them more to get someone to come out ! I it will be a day or two until I get a key. A normal and professional agency would have warned people of such a change! I still haven’t got the matter resolved because I’m back in work again. I’ll be going the second night without electricity.
Absolute selfish people
Very prompt and professional service in regard to recent issue raised.

Always found Mike and Emma good communicators . They respond quickly to emails and keep you informed of ongoing issues. My repairs have been done now , and I am pleased . Thank you.
I've been waiting for over a year for the lift to be fixed having paid an extra £800 on top of the increasingly high service charge. Surely there should have been money set aside in their budget for this as most of the owners would've found it difficult to come up with that sum of money. I have to chase for updates every month and it's the same story of them waiting for the part or the lift contractor. It feels like they don't have this situation under control but are very quick to ask us for more money.

Our rubbish bins are constantly overflowing and we are constantly calling premier estates to let them know, when I call I always speak with our coordinator Mike who is always polite and happy to help, I have at times ranted at him and he has always been professional, polite, understanding but more importantly gets the job done!! He might be new to your company but he is a real asset, on Monday I called about the bins and today someone was out emptying them, that in itself is great service!!! Well done Mike and thank you

As chairman of the residents association l Had another meeting today with Vanessa, as usual it was a really productive meeting, she genuinely try’s her best to look after the interests of not only Premier estates but also the residents of our community. She takes on board all our issues and follows them up where necessary. Hope we continue to have a long and successful working relationship

Just to be clear, Vanessa Kerwin-Royale is the person who I award 5 star service to. There has been much improvement in communications and actions since she joined and is a valuable asset to Premier Estates. However not all who work at Premier are of the same calibre and as a management company there is much work needed. Without Vanessa we get ignored or fobbed off and I get the impression they are disorganised and not interested. Vanessa has made a huge difference to the quality of service and I as many others in my building hope she never leaves for fear of dealing with a shoddy and not so great management company who quite frankly are awful at managing funds and needs. Thanks for how hard you work Vanessa :)

7 years after Grenfell Tower and still nothing but reports has been done about my development in Manchester. The property is worthless and unsellable the service charge is £230 a month and the 'dedicated' property manager changes constantly they really are useless, unless of course you miss a payment and then they are very efficent at sending a letter

I've been dealing with this circus for 18 years, so my list is extremely long.
First of all, we are not customers of Premier Estates, we are tenants who are chained to them without choice; and they certainly treat you that way. Take your money but offer little to you for it. Spoken to like crap and they couldn't give a stuff about you.
Budgetting skills are abysmal. In my job, if I set a budget and overspend, I'm in trouble and could lose my job. Not these clowns. They set a budget which they can never keep to, overspend but it doesn't matter as they'll just make us pay more. Pretty much every year for 18 years.
You have a "dedicated estates manager". They are so dedicated thay you can never get hold of them. They never call you back and take seven weeks to respond to an email query!
High turnover of staff. I've dealt with more estates managers and coordinators than I can keep up with. They put a sheet with contact details of the estates team in the communal area. The ink is barely dry on it and the details have already changed. Must be as bad to work for as it is as a "customer" to deal with.
Lack of knowledge. The "dedicated" estates team haven't a clue what is in the agreement so getting a straight and decisive answer is a challenge.
No due diligence on contractors. Some of the contractors used are questionable at best which suggests cheapest options over most suitable. Especially when it comes to cleaning of internal areas and external window cleaning.
Lack of proactivity from estates team. Apparently they're always out on site visits. If this is the case, why are they not identifying and rectifying issues proactively. Anything from leaky guttering, to lights being out. They don't identify any areas that might need attention.
I could carry on.
All in all, an appalling company that does not value those that are paying them because they won't lose out. Protected by a contract that allows them to fail in service delivery but still profit as their financial shortfalls will be recovered from us mugs who have no choice but to pay.

Premier have been the management on a flat I’ve owned for 9 years and each year things keep getting worse and worse. Communication is terrible - whenever you have an issue to raise you’re lucky if you get a reply, and when you do it’s unbelievably vague and never actually gives you any straight answers to your questions.
Costs have risen so much with no transparent explanations that half of us can barely afford them anymore. No one can sell their property due to the ridiculous service charges, which we have nothing to show for as our building is literally falling apart. A waterfall of rain through the roof with no help to be found all night, a giant sinkhole that they’ve been ignoring for over 9 whole years, the list is literally endless.
They really truly do NOT care about the leaseholders in the slightest.

Been a user of Premier Estates for 5 years and a direct customer for over 2.
Absolutely terrible company!
Left a residential building with 72 homes with a history of Fires without a working fire alarm for 9 months, allowed a sink hole for 9 years to sit there until it started to swallow a grade 2 listed building and has since left residents in the dark about how this is going to be resolved.
In the recent bad weather, a leak in the roof that was supposed to have been repaired caused an internal water feature cascading down 4 floors - with Premier Estates out of hours emergency line being unreachable.
They’ve failed with basic maintenance and upkeep of a historic building and hide behind emails (often without sufficient reply) and have no transparency of anything!
Only positive about this company is our custodian - Lynn, who is a real advocate for the building and its leaseholders

The leasehold model is a scam, and this company embodies everything that is wrong with the property management industry.
Shockingly poor communication and "customer service". Year on year they refuse to provide detailed accounts (probably because they would reveal they've been trousering huge amounts of money for no reason).
Fortunately managed to remove them via the Right to Manage process.
Absolute shysters.

Acted very quickly when I reported a leak coming from my roof through to my lounge. Was sorted out within two weeks.

Appalling company. Ignore all fire and safety issues. Account manager is never available to speak with, seems to be constantly on annual leave. Do not trust them to keep your property safe. They are neglectful and can’t fulfil basic requirements as your management company. Since 2023 our fire alarm must have gone off monthly, they don’t care and have no process in place to keep you and your family safe. Report them if you are experiencing similar issues to us. We know it’s not just our site.
This crowd are lower than a sh1thouse on a submarine. Property management? They couldn't run a bath.
Steer clear - better for your pocket & your sanity. Lucky I was already crazy.

So much better than our previous Estate managers! Service is prompt, professional and reasonable. Questions and issues are dealt with promptly, fairly and issue resolved quickly. A real improvement on our previous maintainance company and highly recommended.
