Easy to order on-line. Delivered exactly as promised and kept me posted on arrangements.
Mattress is lovely. Thought £40 to remove a single mattress was rather expensive considering the price of the new one. I note my negative comment was not addressed. Only responded to my positive comments.

Pillows improved my night's sleep
Premier inn used their USP to create revenue for the company and that's clever. The best thing about Premier inn are the pillows and the beds. I normally sleep with a pillow at my back due to health issues, otherwise I would be in pain. However the pillow at Premier was so comfortable I didn't need a pillow at my back. It most likely helped with my posture so I ordered the same pillows online for use at my home and have not used a pillow at my back since. I would order the pillows again. Soft pillows.

Evri was used as Courier
Evri was used as Courier. Parcel was left outside, noone knocked. When I realised it had been delivered, the parcel was gone.
Emailed Premier Inn multiple times for replacement or refund to no avail. I received 1 email reply 10 days later, stating it is the responsibility of their partnered affiliates to sort the problem of the parcel, even though my transaction was with them.
After contacting my bank to issue a chargeback, I eventually received a refund from Premier Inn, but no further communication.
No parcel. No communication. No accountability. I only received a refund after going through my bank. Evri also said they would do nothing. 🤷♂️

Quilt fab pillows average
The quilt is amazing and soft love it
The pillows were the most expensive pillows i have evwr purchased, im so dissapointed, supposed to be soft but it feels medium to touch and when head weight goes on it flatterns medium again, they are jot soft. Wanted big, soft and fluffy pillows
Did mention this to premier inn, they forwarded to Silent Night, but no response from them.

Hotel comfort at home!
We bought the firm pillows and we were not disappointed. Anytime you buy “hotel” pillows within weeks they’re flat. These are totally different. Pillows have kept the shape, firmness and bounce. I would definitely buy these again and also a great price and come with quilted pillow protectors which can be washed. Apparently the pillows can also be washed but I can’t comment on that as I haven’t washed them. Definitely good quality at a great price and delivery aaa fast and flawless.

The pillows I received were excellent. Well wrapped, quick delivery, and very comfortable. But please stop using Evri delivery! I made a complaint about breach of privacy because the driver took a full photo as proof of delivery, and also delivered a flea infestation!

Loved the fact that I now have two of these 10.5 tog duvets. Super warm but still nice and lightweight. Might order the higher tog for the winter, but so far I don’t think that I will need to.
