Luckily didn’t go any further with…

Luckily didn’t go any further with this company. I could tell from the get go that they had no communication with each other. Sometimes I missed 3 or 4 phone calls in a row and then suddenly no one knew who had phoned me. I was told outdoor kitchens started at $5k, I then provided my address which I assume they looked up on google maps. Another lady called me to confirm my appointment with a designer, and told me I would be up for $10k (assumingly based on where I live). She asked me numerous questions to see what I was willing to spend. When I wouldn’t tell her she replied “I wouldn’t want you to waste our time”. Terrible customer service.
