Excellent service, thanks to the driver for carrying all the bags.

Great staff and service. Good value and more flexible with pick up days and times than others were. Would very much recommend!

Service has definitely gone down hill!

Just phoned the company as a repeat customer & spoke to a very abrupt lady who told me I now have to pay £35.00 for 10 bags to be posted to me & then pay the usual cost for collection & shredding on top.

She wanted to argue with me telling me I have always had to pay for bags despite me reading back the last invoice to her & confirming I did not pay for bags.

Zero customer service, just an abrupt staff member who wanted to argue, then telling me to go to a competitor! Yes I was advised to try someone else instead.

Clearly this company does not need the business & having stuck with them for the past 7+ years I will now go elsewhere for my shredding needs as the new pricing is exorbitant for just 10 bags which have now pushed their costs up to me by almost 50%.....!

From initial contact seeking a cost quote, this firm has been tremendously helpful in arranging and completing our company's shredding requirements for all our historical archive records - and the company is over 100 years young. We cannot fault anything in the way Premier and especially our contact, Tamlyn Jones, has performed and communicated. First class all round.
