I received notification that my subscription had been refused by my bank, as my card had been updated, and hence the long number had changed.
I was assisted by Emma, who was very helpful, expertly guiding me through the reinstatement process.

I recently signed up to an annual, pay-monthly subscription with Premier Sports by accident, when I meant to subscribe to their month-by-month subscription. This was entirely my mistake, but when I reached out to Premier Sports, Vanessa and the team at Premier Sports were extremely understanding and cancelled my subscription with empathy and understanding.

No issues from me , asked to cancel as im not having as much time to watch lately and was able to hustle free, dealt with Steve, very helpfull. Thank you

Signed up to Premier Sports annual subscription in error and contacted customer service to explain the situation and ask if the annual subscription could be cancelled early. Despite this, they refused to help and insisted the contract had to continue.
Very disappointing customer service and no flexibility whatsoever, even for genuine mistakes. The whole experience has left a bad impression and I certainly wouldn’t subscribe again or recommend the service to others.

My issue was resolved very quickly by Curtis and was done so with a professional and consumer focused approach. I would highly recommend Premier Sports customer services due to their customer first ethos (some other sports TV providers could learn a thing or two).

The rugby coverage has been excellent. Also really appreciate the personal and prompt service from Steve when wanting to discuss (by email) a query about the account

I called to change my viewing details from one sky box to another and this was done quickly, the customer service person was professional and courteous

Terrible app, no way easy way to stream to tv. Cancellation process is a nightmare, charging for 2 extra months after cancelling because of 30 day policy.

The website is pretty outdated and difficult to deal with, I also signed up to the flexible subscription and it put me onto the annual- after contacting support they quickly rectified this and resolved the issue for me so score reflects their helpfulness.

My question was dealt with by Steve in a timely, clear and professional manner. It’s unusual these days for a company to provide such great customer service. Keep up the great work.

I made an error in booking my subscription which committed me to a longer period than I had intended. I wasn't able to correct on-line so engaged through the chat which led to an agent emailing me. The issue was then courteously and quickly resolved despite this being my error.

I have found it extremely difficult to get onto Premier sports
I scan the QR code I follow the instructions the. I’m told I am unable to connect.
It is extremely frustrating
Your support staff have been very good at helping but I think your system of logging onto a tv is inadequate especially considering the cost of the package.

The rep was very helpful, professional, and pleasant.

The only disappointment was that after paying a year's subscription of £130.00. I had to pay an extra £3.30 to connect up.

Awful company!!!
"Pay as you go" subscription is misleading and is actually a yearly contract. If you cancel they still claim payments for the full year. Also the online player is inconsistent and sometimes jumps from live action to action from five minutes previous. You then have to rewatch for ages before it jumps back to live and you've missed lots of action. Refresh doesn't fix it. I'd rather miss the rugby than sign up with these mugs again.

Signed up to watch Bath Rugby v Bordeaux yesterday at 14:54. Went for Flexible Monthly - Streaming only. Logged in this morning to cancel subscription and see that it will cancel in 59 days so £35.98 to watch one match rather than the £17.99 I was expecting. Something is wrong if you try and cancel within 24 hours of subscribing but get charged 2 months :-(

The app for streaming is awful it keeps glitching, going pixelated or buffering. Any other streaming app I have works fine so it’s not connection.
TNT sports comes through the HBO MAX app which I can get straight on my tv and it works properly. I have to cast this to my tv from my phone as you don’t have an app available for it.
Every year I think surely they’ve fixed it now, subscribe and try to watch the tournament only to find you haven’t. Il never be subscribing again. Who cares if it just a tenner a month or whatever if it’s a load of rubbish ? I’d rather pay more and be able to actually watch the games, groundbreaking I know.

Good customer service.
My 3-star review is solely based on the single screen view only.
It would be preferable, in my view to have a multi screen option (so I can watch on the TV and someone else in the same house can watch something on a tablet, for example).
Just a suggestion for the developers at Premier Sports. Thank you.

I had been watching stuff with no problems for a while, but then I was unable to watch stuff over web based streaming - However: This was quickly sorted by Steve & all was back to normal.

Scofield was very helpful in moving across my type of account from streaming to on my sky TV. Very quick replies and gave me all the options which were available to me. Overall very good service
