I received the wigs that I ordered and am very pleased with my purchase.

Great company! They always deliver quality wigs and their hair length are true. I've had my wig for about two months and still in love. It's very soft and low maintenance.

I was skeptical but made the purchase anyway, and it was totally worth the money. The hair is so soft and easy to maintain. Minimal shedding. The wig does fit kinda funny on me, so I needed to make some adjustments but no biggie. The color of the part is dark, so if you have a lighter skin color, you'll need to use concealer. I highly suggest Premium Lace Wig as their quality is good, hair length is true and price is very affordable.

Hair is very soft with no smell. It’s full and true to length.The seller was good with communicating & they hair came fast. Packaging was very nice & I ordered HD lace which suit for my skin perfectly. I would definitely recommend ordering with Premium Lace Wig!!!

Lace is perfect, hair is so soft doesn't barely shed at all, and wig is very full. Honestly I'm so happy about this purchase lol. Will definitely be ordering again. Came within 5 days. Best wig I have ever purchased online. I ordered a deep curly and the curl patterns are so beautiful, the hair is true to length and doesn't shed at all. The HD lace blends with my skin beautifully and their density is full. Overall, I'm very happy with Premium Lace Wig, will be a life buyer!

This hair is very soft and beautiful. It's true to length and the HD Lace blends so well with my own skin. I've been getting so many compliments. The hair is super soft and easy to comb or brush through .. it's definitely a must buy! I wear it glueless , I didn't have to pluck it at all. The lace is very transparent and easy to melt. It also has a very natural density. The price is quite affordable so I would definitely purchase again from Premiumlacewig.

I typically don't write reviews I really didn't want to write this one because I don't want them to jack up the price. This is by far the best unit I've ever ordered off. The curls is popping after the pre-wash, the curls is still intact. Minimal shedding that's expected with kinky curly hair long and pretty. The length is True and hair is very soft, I definitely recommend.

I purchased a unit from this site and let me tell u one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made first of all the hair sheds like crazy. I had my unit installed for one week, and I decided to wash it. The hair completely changed I’m talking about I didn’t even recognize the wig it was completely matted from washing and conditioning it the hair was coming out even more the the texture of the hair on the lace was completely different then the hair that was sewn to the back of the wig I’ve only had this wig for a month and I’m just highly disappointed the hair is awful and the ppl are awful for trying to sell this terrible mess I should’ve stuck with my go to hair places I like to order from which is West Kiss Hair but I wanted to try something new BIG MISTAKE don’t EVER order from this place you will be highly disappointed oh yeah I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service for days now and still haven’t heard back from anybody even though they have all there info on how to get in contact with them I’ve tried them all and still nothing SMH

The 5 star review below is fake. It is from the seller either Jessica or Adam or maybe they paid someone to write it. They only wrote that review becuase they knew I was going to write a bad review about them.

I brought a wig previously from this fake company and the hair looked terrible. The end of the wig looked matted and there was knots. It clearly must be a sample when it arrived. The wig was not in good condition. If I could post a picture of the hair I would. They also refunded me incorrectly. I paid £358.11 but I only received £342 total and on top of that Jessica has not replied back to my messages about the refund. If I could post a picture of the hair I would. Stay away from this site. These people are crooks.

Ordered a wig and never received paid $160 in total and I have no wig. I have reached out to both Premiumlacewig and FedEx about the package. Was told from FedEx the shipper must issue you a refund or a replacement. Contacts premium lace only to get the runaround for almost a month now and there is no number to contact someone live. I was told thru Instagram that they could credit my account for my next purchase but after this there will be no next purchase. I told them 2 weeks ago I want a refund they are reading my DMs on Instagram but they are not responding. A friend of mine’s recently received her order and she says the wig was not human it was synthetic and they won’t give her anything either. Do not waste your time or money with them go to nadula.com they are the greatest. Learning to stick with who and what I know that way I know what I will be getting as well as having great customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM PREMIUM LACE WIGS YOU WILL REGRET IT AND BE OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY NO MATTER IF YOU SPENT $100 or $300 they know who I am

I ordered a wig for my birthday and I even paid additional $25 to have it received in time with expedited shipping and it took over a week for my wig to be completed and it still isn’t shipped out. I am sending the wig back to the company. I am going to reject it and not even accept the package and return it back to sender. I’m not accepting the package I’m not opening the package I’m rejecting at the door. I do not and will not order from this company they again. If it takes two weeks to make a wig from scratch then that needs to be stated CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IT IS NOT. It’s stated after you place your order. I want a full refund I’m not contacting them I’m not communicating anymore with the company they can just give me a refund I was completely unhappy with the buying transaction. It’s garbage 🗑

Jessica with Premium wigs will send anything to you do not trust her she lie so bad show me a a curly full lace wig on whatsapp and sent a nappy kinky full lace wig this company is a fraud and will beg you to purchase a wig just to get your Money this company needs to be closed down but keep an eye on them they will try to make you think they are another company by using another name just check their trademark name and any other manufacturer affiliated with them do not buy from them are any other companies that's is affiliate with them because you still will.get scam.

This company is a scam artist. I paid $120 including shipping and received a horrible constructed wig. It looks very cheap. It looks so bad that I didn't even try it on. I placed it into it's original wrapping shortly after opening. I was asked to send pictures to verify it's reached condition and did ask asked. I and was given an address and phone number for a location in my state that is not registered to a business at all. It was requested that I pay additional shipping after the original $25 to have it sent back. They end up with the wig and my money. Do not shop here.

I have ordered product from this company at least 5 times. But the last 2 units were were totally wrong. It seems they are taking orders and sending you what they want. I will never order from them again, $190 is too much money for product that I cant use. I have had to give away 2 bad units!!!! My clients refuse to accept the product.

Wigs are hit n miss but affordable .. some are great and some are not the best quality and tangles/sheds like a beast. I've purchased 4 wigs in a short period of time hoping to get a decent unit that doesnt tangle/shed so badly. Be careful cowashing curly/kinky hair thats when handfuls if hair is lost no matter how gentle you are.

Communication was good and shipping was reliable but quality of the hair was terrible. Absolutely awful. I've bought 3 from them. They all are stiff and tangle every two seconds. My curly wig got so matted it was not able to be combed out and I had to throw it away. They look nice and soft at first. I loved the curls but they ended up being terrible

OMG! I simply love the wig the company sent me. I found out about this unit on YouTube searching for a good curly wig that had the coil pattern same as my real hair. When I saw it on a customer I loved it right away but thought it was bit to thick for my taste she did recommend to get a lower density so I did and man I love, love, this unit.

update 1/2022 customer service still 100% quality still good, i still recommend this company
