REVIEW UPDATE Premium Vape Supply
Below is my review of Premium Vape Supply. Their customer service staff contacted me and wanted to correct the problem ASAP. They agreed to replace the 2 “bad” products that I received. After many emails “we” have come to the conclusion that it is most likely the manufacturer sending products that are unacceptable and shouldn’t be sold to the consumer. I will continue to purchase from Premium Vape Supply for correcting this problem. I will no longer purchase the Keep it 100 products. I have purchase a lot of Keep it 100 products in the last year ++ but 2 “bad” bottles from 2 different Vape Suppliers doesn’t work for me.
I used to be a good customer of Premium Vape Supply but then I was sent 2 bottles of ejuice that was NO GOOD. I am not purchasing from them anymore and I rarely leave a bad review, but this needs to be said.

I am a big fan of Keep It 100 products. This bottle of strawberry milk is disgusting.
I bought it because it was on “sale” from premium vape supply. I buy a lot of juice from them. Not anymore.
The previous order, I received a bottle of Prmyum juice I’ve purchased before and it was no good (old, bad batch, etc) tasted awful and I threw it away after trying to use it. This order, I purchased Keep It 100 strawberry milk. Again, nasty. After I opened it, it turned a dark color 1 day later. It was literally disgusting. Throwing it away tonight.
Premium Vape Supply has been very good in the past to purchase from. Good prices and fast shipping. When I have to throw bottles of juice away, the good pricing becomes high prices.
Customer service isn’t good. Call, leave message, no call back. Email, days later, email back without correcting the problem.
I was buying for myself and a friend of mine who’s out of work. I can’t afford to have bad ejuice sent to me anymore.
I’m done, I’m gone.
