i have to give it one star to allow me to write anything otherwise i wouldn't give any stars

its verging on just being being a scam shop so take my advice and go elsewhere!

Placed an order in June and I'm STILL WAITING NEARLY 2 MONTHS LATER, emailed them 7 or 8 times and nothing at all, not even the courtesy to respond once they have your money!

AVOID THEM! AVOID THEM! AVOID THEM! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!!!!!!!!

Been waiting for refund for a partial order placed on the 18 may.,,still waiting, getting no reply, absolutely disgusting and illegal what they are doing

This company is an absolute scam. Ordered placed in may and still nothing. “Got shipped”……. Mysteriously the delivery company has “lost the order” full of false information, lie constantly, the company is a full on scam. Don’t buy from here!! Going through bank for refund.

WATCH OUT GUYS!!!!

Company has a huge charge for debts and around £600,000 in debt, could go any day!!

Check there companies house accounts!!

I ordered a Kitchen Devils utility knife. Got the acknowledgement email. After three weeks without anything happening, I enquired, they said not in stock, trouble with supplier. A couple of weeks later, repeat performance, but this time offering a knife I didn't want that they did have in stock, which I declined. Another repeat performance a couple more weeks on. At nearly eight weeks after ordering I cancelled. I don't think I've been refunded yet. Ordered the desired knife elsewhere and have just received it on the fifth day. Preppers Shop are very poorly organised.

Bought a crossbow after the 3rd time I fired it the limb broke. Ordered a new limb and a 50 lb and an 80 crossbow pistols over 16 weeks ago never arrived and never will and I can’t get a refund the limb is £54 the crossbow was only £40 ripped off don’t trust

So I have ordered from this so called preppers site and cam say I spent £102.00 for the same emails to be sent. So clearly you will not be prepared for the future we will likely be dead before we get our orders. But deffo won't get a refund whilst living.

WARNING Very poor service. I suspect they are drop shipping. Tge promise orders, don’t deliver and when chased up they make excuses. High risk. AVOID

On the surface a great businrss but despite numerous attempts to determine progress no response until I suggested I may withdraw payment via PayPal when a despatch notification eas received, Even then the Royal Mail stated they were waitingvthe package for over a week. Chased again but vague responses led me to withdraw payment at which point thay accused me of fraud and threatened small claims court. I refused delivery and they sent a weak apology stating a pallet of items had gone astray ! Not nice to deal with and if I see something they are selling that I like I will try to source it elsewhere (as I did in this case) . Perhaps fewer facebook performances and more focus on their customers.

I'm a new customer. Items ordered on the 17th July. Was told that I would receive an alert once they had been dispatched. 22nd July, nothing, so sent a polite enquiry. Heard nothing.

Chased again on the 27th asking if they had been sent. Received a reply on the 28th saying that they were experiencing problems with their supplier- I was led to believe that the items were in stock when I ordered them.

Then on the 29th, had an alert (finally) that they had been shipped. Checked the tracking with the Royal Mail which initially said that they had no record of it. Left it for a little bit, and it updated saying that they (RM) were expecting the package from Preppers Shop. Two days later, Royal Mail was still showing that the package was expected. I sent Preppers another very terse email informing then that if I don't receive my items within the next few days, I will want a full refund.

It is now August 1st, no reply from Preppers Shop and and Royal Mail are STILL saying that they are expecting the package. So has it been shipped or hasn't it?

I have completely lost patience with Preppers now. I am out of pocket, with nothing to show for it and no idea what is going on. As far as I am now concerned, their replies to me (when I get one) are just fob offs.

If I get my goods by or on Tuesday 4th, then fine, and I will amend this review accordingly. If I don't, that's my red line. I will be taking action to recover my money.

Update (August 4th)- No reply from Preppers to my email, and the item is still showing with RM as 'expected'. More than two weeks after ordering and it still hasn't been sent. Have now instigated a refund through Paypal.

I will never use Preppers Shop UK again.

Peppers shop get gets mixed reviews, but I had a very reasonable experience. I ordered something, which turned out to be out of stock nationally. I realised pretty quickly, contacted Preppers Shop and they organised a refund without drama. Although I ended up buying an alternative product elsewhere, I can’t grumble at all about their service, nor can I complain about a shortage that wasn’t their fault.

Took money but items 6 weens later with standard replies form European warehouse shipping.I got refund via PayPal.Dont waste you time here and move on elsewhere.YOU HAVE BE WARNED!

Placed order and all items showed as in stock. 3 weeks later nothing delivered, no communication except auto replies from a chatbot. No human interaction or updates so assuming I have been scammed. Next steps is to inform credit card to attempt to get money back. I wish I had looked at reviews before I made the purchase.

Very slow delivery.
I would not have placed order if I knew that Preppers would take so much time processing before delivery. Shamefully slow.
No idea when to expect my order or of it is ever coming.
Piss poor excuse for a service.

I had problems with this company over a few years i wanted to buy British
Last year I placed an order for around £200 they charged me double the price and only delivered half the goods and out of date.
THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO ATTACK MY EMAIL WITH HUNDREDS OF UNWANTED EMAILS
I BELIEVE THIS IS IS PHISHING OR AGGRESSIVE SPAM.
THIS COMPANY COMPLAINED BECAUSE I PLACED A LARGE ORDER WITH 30 DAY AIR MAIL GUARANTEE.
IT STILL DIDNT ARRIVE 6 MONTHS LATER

So bought stuff that was supposed to be 3 to 5 day delivery... Products apparently being shipped from EU web site no real communication when I did send a message and got a response was rude weeks now of messages been nearly a month now just a cheap crossbow and some strings to go with it and they can't even send it out don't bother wasting your money
. Shame really I like there company and spent a far bit of money with then in the past now they obviously don't have any stock or are running out of money either way don't do it

What a nasty company to purchase from, When you order they promise up to 14 working days. This is more like months. Got tired of them so cancelled the order, the refund was promised up to 7 working days. Did not get that either. So cancelled all orders and going through the bank and Paypal to retrieve the money. My advise do not use at all cost there is a pattern developing here with the comments over the last few days weeks from other purchasers and none of it is good reading. You have been warned!!

Ordered an item, 3 weeks later no delivery. No contact telephone number so can only e-mail. No reply from e-mail...should have checked the reviews before ordering.

Paid for item online. Company didnt supply the goods OR refund.
Stay well away from these, shocking.

Absolutely terrible company. Says items in stock, takes the order and payment then says out of stock but more coming soon. Three months and still no order received. No longer responds to emails and refuses to refund. There is no contact number for this company
