Former Staff Exposing them....
Speaking as a former staff from the back-office, their data integrity and accuracy are highly doubtful. They are no difference than a call center in financial market, by calling around to fund managers for quarterly performance and return stats.
Senior management in the HK office are like clown, all get promoted straight to manegement since the turnover was too high and those are the only people who stayed. Award for loyalty cult-like corporate culture. VPs and AVPs have no knowledge and experiece of the; regardless of primary/secondary market, all just hear-and-say phenomena as market insight.
No proper SOPs in running daily business, and when you asked for one, they see you as a red flag and fired you.
